Austin inspected the foundation of our home on Munjoy Hill (before we purchased it) and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was incredibly knowledgeable (about so many things) and took the time to walk us through all of his assessments. I never felt rushed and he even has graciously chatted with us about engineering questions not related to our foundation. He is now working on the structural engineering plans for our home and I wish I could use him for more!

We spoke with Austin at IDE over some concerns we had at a home with potential foundation issues. It was immediately apparent that he was knowledgeable on the potential problems. I did my best to describe the issues and he was able to, more eloquently, repeat them back to me. He also provided insight and his thoughts on the matter, which was super helpful.
