The atmosphere is very welcoming and friendly. They are willing to work with you. I had a period of time where I did not have dental insurance and they were able to give recommendations on what I could do during that time to keep the cost low while still maintaining regular care.Angela is the best!! Growing up in Mass I always had one dentist office I went to. I moved to Maine a few years ago and have been dreading taking a chance on finding a new office… last year I had my first cleaning and lucked out with Angela! She was certainly “gentle” when working on my teeth(thank god!) and I can’t beat the conversations! Last week I went in for a cleaning and came out with clean teeth and a new list of movies/tv shows to binge watch! It’s nice to be treated like a person and not just another mouth to clean🦷😝. Overall, the building is so clean, and everyone is very nice/professional. Highly recommend!

This is my third visit to Gentle Dental in Biddeford and I always feel very comfortable and safe here. The technicians and doctor will talk you through every procedure very carefully and give you all the information you need. Very professional but also with a kind and personal touch! The atmosphere is friendly and bright. Very clean rooms and everything is up to the most modern standard. I have just moved to the area and am very happy I found the best place to take care for my teeth.

I’m not a fan of going to the dentist, but I actually love seeing Dr. Henry and my hygienist Angela! Professional and put me at ease the minute I get in the chair whether to have my teeth cleaned or have work being done. Facility and staff are Covid safe and clean! Great atmosphere.

Gentle Dental (Biddeford, ME office) is top notch. Clean building, very friendly and professional staff, state of the art systems and equipment, and TVs on the ceiling is a bonus. Total comfort from the second you walk in. Hour time slots (depending on the work), they’ll have you in and out. Hard not to be satisfied, specifically with Angela, and Dr “Henry.” Thank you!!!

Dr.Henry is absolutely caring and amazing at what he does. All the dental assistant’s are so kind and willing to help in every way possible. No one enjoys the dentist but here they make it as comfortable as you need and get the job done!

Im disappointed to write that I phoned with a dental emergency at 12:30 p.m. today, and nobody has phoned me back. Yes, its a Sunday, and its true I have never been a patient there, but I explained I am new to the area in the message I left.

This dental office is wonderful! They are so kind, helpful and amazing with kids! I was so nervous to bring my kids to the dentist again because they had such a terrible experience with their previous dentist, and due to covid I would not be able to accompany them...Dr. Cha and her hygienist took such great care of my boys, they actually had fun and argue who gets to have their teeth cleaned first next time! Definitely give this office a try!
