Keri was fantastic! Super polite, friendly and efficient. My car was in a tricky spot and she backed in, loaded her up, and on her way! Fabulous tow company, nothing but personable professionalism every time I’ve needed some saving! Our rental died on us in the middle of the street. Not only did Wayne come to rescue, he went above and beyond so we could continue our trip. It warms our heart to see such kindness and top notch customer service are still around.

Im going to go with three stars. The service last night was two hours past ETA, but I know stuff happens. The gentleman was super nice. He filled up the tire, and listened for a leak, and offered that maybe some neighborhood kids let the air out. I gave him $10, as I always do.But, this morning, it was flat again. I called for the AAA service, and the guy was right on time. However, this dude was anything but polite. I was watching him, because I wanted to learn. I explained that I wasnt watching him in a rude way, I just wanted to learn how to do it, and he said, look in your owners manual. I walked back into the house and put the $10 I had for him back in my wallet.

Called them up. Quick estimate. Came out right away. No hassle. Took care of me and my car. Would use them again!

I made the mistake of driving over a curb and getting an instant flat tire today and needless to say, my afternoon wasn’t going well. I called my insurance for roadside assistance and the ETA was set for 2 hours after the request was made. I got a call from Joey at Southern Maine Towing about 10-15 minutes after my initial request was made explaining that he was just around the corner and would be there shortly. When he arrived not only was he incredibly friendly and understanding, but he came earlier than expected which was a fantastic surprise. He was able to help me put on the spare in less than 2 minutes and had me on my way! Very thankful for Joey’s help and how quickly the service was done!

Extremely grateful for the way that Southern Maine Towing went to the extra effort to respond to my call and resolve a very difficult problem that I could not have done myself. When other tow companies can’t get the job done they can, and I always seem to get the same guy and he is quick and really good at what he does.

This afternoon I was driving and a tie rod end and a ball joint both let go!!!! Needless to say, it was quite tricky for the tow truck driver to haul it up onto the ramp truck. The driver who showed up was a rookie, and let me tell you, he had patience and a great sense of humor!! He figured it all out by his rookie self ---THANK YOU, EDDIE!! Great service, Southern Maine Towing is lucky to have you on their team!

Im giving them this rating because they were nice and helpful. My son had his car towed for a parking violation. We had to pay for the tow. My son was able to take video proof to the police and they reviewed it and agreed with him. Ticket dismissed and a lesson learned all around. Still love Maine.

Never used your business But the behavior of one of your drivers in Brunswick on February 2nd 2020. I never would use you. Extremely rude to other people driving around them. Talking on the phone while driving blocking gas pumps at the gas station and then not using them in a timely manner. Really unprofessional

The tow truck operator was great. He showed up quick and was able to get me back on the road in no time at all.

This tow company is amazing they literally saved our lives !! Stuck with a 2 year old and two teenagers near the ocean in the freezing cold weather, and being from a different state I googled them at 11pm desperate for help. Well these guys were able to get to me quickly and get my vehicle back on the road and get us home safely. Dont call anyone else , there is nothing these guys cant do!!!!! Thanks again.

Big shoutout to the dude who came and pulled me out of a snow bank on an icy road after dealing with the typical “I instantly regret taking this fair” Lyft drive. He got there earlier than predicted, really helped me. Great person, and I’m sorry I forgot his name :( but you know who you are dude! And you’re the man.

I called AAA for services that took over 15 hours to get help for. Three tow companies showed up prior to 3B not one of them helped us. As a mom who was stranded with a 1 year old I was beyond frustrated when the driver from 3B showed up. He got on his radio to dispatch and helped me! He went out of his way to do what AAA did NOT! He cared and helped me and my child when he did not have to!

We got a flat out on 95 in Maine and these guys were dispatched through our insurance road side service Shane came out he was pleasant and got us to tire place quickly I would highly recommend using them we were treated awesome.

Driver who came to get my car was extremely nice, professional, and funny. Tow didnt cost much either and the driver let me ride in the cab to the shop.
