We had a two zone mini-split installation which went smoothly, efficiently, and quickly. Any construction debris was removed and the area cleaned. Very little disruption occurred. My preferences were exceeded as to location of condenser plumbing, electrical, and the mini-split locations. The technicians thoroughly explained how to operate and maintain the equipment. We would highly recommend Haleys to others.

Highly recommend this company. Very knowledgeable and responsive. Great team, very hard working, on schedule and polite. Invoiced as agreed, no hidden or added costs. We installed a ducted Mitsubishi heat pump and we are very satisfied with this system. They are also a metal shop and have the ability to rework vented hoods etc., or as we had done, a stainless steel backsplash.

The installers were more than professional and creative. They asked for our suggestions and offered solutions. I am an enMe.

Haleys Metal Shop is the best in the area! They are committed to providing you with prompt efficient advice and service. They come and go as planned, explain the scope of work and answer any and all questions. All the employees are knowledgeable, professional and considerate of their surroundings. When they leave a project you wouldnt know they had been there.I would and have highly recommended them! We are, in fact, having them back to do more work. The best part is that we have not had any problems with any of the work they have done for us! Unfortunately, now a days that in and of itself cant often be said.

The quality of the work as well as the quality of the service was outstanding--above and beyond what we expected. They installed a new oil tank and two mini-split airconditioners in our summer cottage. First of all, the price was unbeatable. But even more impressive is the work they did when we were not around to supervise. Every decision they made was the right one. Recommend them very highly. Nate Tripp was wonderful to work with.

Haleys Metal provides exception service backed by a team of experienced technicians. I needed a new furnace for my home and they quickly helped me to access my situation and installed a new furnace in my very limited crawl space of a very old house. I have had it now for one heating season and it provided quiet heat that warmed my home quickly and saved me a lot of money! Thank you Haleys!!

Edit: after seeing this review, the VP, reached out to my and apologized for the inconvenience and provided the quote break down that we were looking for. To me thats worth a upgrade in rating because many companys wouldnt bother to follow up. No purchase made at this point so I cant review the work, but I can recap that their quoting process was friendly, fast, detailed, and fair.We requested a home heating quote and they were good at scheduling a time. The person who arrived spent over 2 hrs talking with my wife and was friendly and knowledgable. However, thats where the service ended. We asked for several quotes based on our ideas and budget and was told about 5 days. It took nearly two weeks and when we got the quote it was for something we didnt even discuss. I get it, people make mistakes, so we reached out and thanked them for the info but requested we get the quote we actually needed. Never head back. 2 stars might be harsh but one of my biggest thorns is feeling like my time and money isnt worth someone elses. We all work busy jobs, but its just not professional or polite to not get back to people whove committed time and effort into your business.

My first appointment with Haleys Metal was to service a central air conditioning unit, and I was so impressed with the knowledgeable technicians, I had them do a basement dehumidification system, which has worked out great. The best recommendation, however, comes from a call I placed with a question about something going on with my old furnace. When Matt heard my story, he had a team at my house in 30 minutes--turns out there was a carbon monoxide leak from a hole in the heat exchanger. There is absolutely not a better team of experts with which to work.

We couldnt be happier with the duct cleaning that was done. Todd and Kieth were very cordial, professional, friendly. They worked very hard as we have an old home and they were awesome. You couldnt tell they were there. They cleaned up after the job was done and not a spot anywhere.Nate did the estimate and told me everything that was going to be done plus some recommendations.Thx !!!!!
