Cole and crew arrived on schedule, and reviewed the scope of work first. Safety and quality were the two factors important to me, and this crew preformed both. They also were very detailed in their clean up! I have already had two neighbors ask for the contact number. I will be using them again for seasonal work. I highly recommend this company!

We used Kelly Tree Service for the removal of a large maple tree as well as shrub removal, some tree pruning, and a stump grinding. It was so refreshing to work with a company that was so professional and responsive. They were great to work with every step of the way, from our initial contact, to getting a staff member to the property, to preparing the estimate and then scheduling and carrying out the job. The online forms are a bonus and really helped with quick and easy communication. The staff was prompt, got right to work and did a great job. They also cleaned up nicely, leaving no mess behind. I would absolutely recommend Kelly Tree to anyone looking for tree work.

We had a beast of a maple tree in our backyard very close to the fence line. Kelly’s did an amazing job safely removing the massive tree over our neighbors house (only way to access it) and later this spring removed the stump in between new fence construction. Great crew every time!

Kelley Tree was excellent to deal with. They were on time, very professional, knowledgeable and very well priced compared to other tree services. I had a challenging tree removal that required conservation approval. Ryan and Kayla helped me through the process and even offered to drop the paperwork off at city hall for me. This is a professional and calculated operation with all the equipment, training, licensing, insurance & safety precautions to do the job right. There is attention to detail for both the big and small tasks.They are great for pruning, regular or hazardous tree removals, all the way down to stump grinding. If you happen to be unlucky enough to have a tree fall onto your home, they can get it off quickly so you can get insurance adjusters there to get on with that process as expediently as possible.

Professional, reliable and very reasonably priced. I had a tree fall on my pool and fence I called the emergency line and the owner called me back that night and I sent pictures to him. Took great care of our property. Will recommend them.

On 4/8/20 Ryan came by to see the scope of the work I needed done which included grinding two stumps. He said they would be able to grind both stumps, gave me a price, and I told him let’s move forward. The tree service came, didn’t take all trimmings with them, and said they would come back to grind the front yard stump with a smaller grinder next week. Today the crew showed up, walked around my backyard and walked around the front yard. They never knocked on the door nor called to say they were there and that the smaller grinder wouldn’t fit. They jumped back in the truck and took off. Now, I’m being asked to pay the total cost of the job because the work was fulfilled. Very unprofessional and unreasonable company, don’t use them.

Good, professional, experienced, have insurance. A bit on the pricey side though.

My neighbors hired this company to trim a tree on the line between our two properties. Kelley Tree completely disregarded the property line, trimmed the tree over my driveway when they should have been staying in my neighbors yard, and dropped a branch onto my car damaging it. You do not want to hire a company that is this careless about property lines.

Had a couple tough to reach trees that needed to be removed per our insurance company. Kelley Tree came in lower than many other companies on price and even took the extra time to write a letter we could use to help us finance the cost through a third party lender. There was room for improvement with the communication through their office for reschedules due to weather and delays due to equipment problems but the whole process was so stress free that it didnt really impact our opinion of their service. If we have any further tree work come up this is the first place i would call.

The pricing was very reasonable , work was impeccable. Flawless process from the time I got the quote and the completion of job. Will use again soon

Kelley Tree Service has performed multiple projects for my family, and their neighbors. Whether its removing a large oak overhanging a house, or a tree that has unfortunately come down on a house during a Noreaster. Kelley Tree is well equipped, both equipment and employee wise, to handle most any tree related issues.My dealings with Kelley Tree Service began last year, have been nothing short of professional, timely, and therefore enjoyable, and will continue for the foreseeable future.

Cant say enough about Ryan and his crew over at Kelley. They came out to assess an emergency situation for us (dangling branch over our garage) and took care of it despite the late hour before it could cause damage to our property. They even took care to put down boards to protect our lawn from their equipment. We had them back out for pruning and they did a great job there too, at a very fair price. Highly recommend.

We had an extremely difficult tree that was growing over our house. Kristin took initiative to find us a cheaper option when it seemed the first solution would require blocking the street ($$$). Ryan and his team climbed the tree and strategically took down all branches without touching the house! They were fast and effective and finished up in half a day! I asked many people for quotes for this tree, and Kristin and Ryan were the most professional and helpful!

We called Kelley Tree for an emergency service at 1:45 am over the fourth of July weekend. One of the crew members came out immediately and assessed the situation, and was immediately able to dispatch equipment to our home in order to remove a downed tree leaning on our house. Pricing and response time was excellent. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for tree work!

Kelley tree is the best. I had them at my house twice removing a total of 20 HUGE trees. now having them at my office taking down 11 trees more. Highly recommend Kelley Tree, very reasonable prices and impeccable job. Ryan the owner is always a great guy to deal with. Unprofessional made an appointment for yesterday they never showed up. Made another appointment for today and they are late and have not called. Kelley Tree Service has been really great to work with, right from my initial phone call with Kelly, who I spoke with numerous times for scheduling & billing, to Ryan, who performed the tree removal work. Theyve been extremely helpful and incredibly flexible, especially given the circumstance where they had to schedule a Saturday tree removal appt because access to the tree w/all of their equipment required entry at the rear of our property, which abuts a commercial business that could not have their area tied up during regular work-week hours. And when Ryan cut down the tree, a silver maple, he informed me not only was it not very good for burning, but it was riddled w/carpenter ants, and therefore he took all of the wood away vs my original request to leave it on the property.I would highly recommend Kelley Tree Service, and will definitely use them again in the future.

Kelley Tree Service was working on my neighbors yard and was extremely disrespectful and messy in their work. They dropped branches in our yard, breaking our lighting and almost hitting a landscaper who was working in our yard. In addition, when I asked them to be careful the response I got was very rude (I could hear them speaking poorly about me from inside my house). Finally, they were trespassing on a neighbors property. I would never use this service because of their level of unprofessionalism.

Wish they worked as hard on my trees as they do taking down my negative reviews! WORST tree people I have ever dealt with. Pushed back my appointment without communication, not possible to get ahold of, did not do the work agreed to and left huge limbs hidden in my yard that I had to pay others to remove.

They took our deposit, missed our appointment (twice) didnt call us and couldnt be contacted for almost a week. After we complained they sent two new guys out who didnt do the job properly. Just found part of a tree they cut down hidden in my yard a year later. Havent forgotten your awful service.

Through no fault of their own (illness of one of the leaders) our usual tree company was unable to come as soon as they scheduled. The huge, beautiful black walnut tree, still untrimmed, was at risk now due to September storms. Kelly Tree Service came through on a weekend when the other companies I tried could not. They understood my concern (major catastrophe if wind topples tree, power lines, cars, injury...) and managed to get the crew out on the next day, Monday. The cost was about the same. Crucially, I was informed this was a risk mitigation not a guarantee of no risk. There is no such thing as zero risk in this field so this is an important conversation to have.They did a textbook arborist science job, not hurrying but very quick, cleaned up so one would never know they were there unless you looked up, and it is hard to say if one of the staff had better manners and customer service skills than another as they all were awesome.

Will be our only choice from here on! Ryan and his crew are beyond amazing!

Our condo association contracted with Kelley to remove a tree in our courtyard. Almost two weeks ago the process was started and not finished. The tree looks like a totem pole and there are large stumps left in the courtyard. Also, there are branches all over with so much sawdust that it is an absolute mess. They have promised us to come back and finish the job but as yet we havent seen hide nor hair of them. I have also called and left messages but they have failed to respond. It is a terrible way to run a business and I will certainly never recommend them to anyone. Should have gone with Iron Tree to begin with.
