This place is shady as hell. A recruiter called and wanted to submit me for a position but before submitting me, I had to provide 2 references. Not references from co-workers or even a President I worked for but it had to be the stakeholder of the projects I worked on as a consultant. So after providing the references you wouldnt believe what happened. They sent out a local resource to my CUSTOMER AND REFERENCE. Then proceeded to try to sell services but what makes this even better is they lied to my customer and said I worked for them now. What is even more horrendous is they tried to charge me out at a rate way beyond what I already charge them. Stay away from Oxford International and I will no longer be doing business with this company. This company is trying to make money off the hard labor of others and take all the profit. They tried to lower my rate while trying to pimp me out to my own customer attempting to get $100/hr margin. Yes you read that right. They are the greediest company I have experienced and Im in IT and deal with a lot of IT firms / recruiters. Not ethical at all!

I guess Oxford has changed a lot since Seans review two years ago. Ive been working for them for several months now, and I find them to be honest and easy to work for. The two recruiters Ive worked with are both very professional and pleasant.
