Very clean! Great machines and less expensive than what I’ve seen. I don’t use the laundromat often except for comforters etc. They use a card versus coins and you can earn free laundry. Unless I’m missing something this is the place.

Clean place, nice environment to wait there is a tv and few chairs about 6-8 . It wasnt super busy which was nice but I would definitely use them again.

Decent laundromat. Wicked expensive but lots of machines. Girl working there gave some attitude when I asked for change but overall Id go back.

Fluff N Fold has great service the employees nicely greet you and there is always a machine to use. I enjoy the fact that you can drop off your laundry and someone who works there will wash it. My laundry comes nicely packaged and fluff folded, to my suprize I was able to have lunch and a movie with my family then come back and have it ready. I would recomend this to anyone looking for a way to get their laundry done fast and efficently. I would come back any day.

I come here every Sunday to do laundry. Overall it was a good experience the first two times. After that, it seemed like every other machine was broken and unusable. Post it notes on the machines saying that they either did not work or that it only had hot or cold water etc. obviously on a busy Sunday all the working washers were being used and there were no repairs done on any of broken ones for weeks at a time. Not very friendly people, I would try to engage and say hello (you never know what people are going enough or when you might need someone’s help) but it seemed to me like I was annoying them by saying hello. Twice I needed up using a machine that was not working (and not labeled as so) and I was told that it must be the material my clothes are made of that didn’t allow it to wash correctly. After explaining how these washers should actually work, the attendant very hesitantly alllowed me to wash again on their dime. It was like pulling teeth to get them to understand it was my cotton clothes that didn’t allow the machine to work properly, turns out the pipes were not using the cold water and it was propbably leaking into somewhere else instead of the barrel where the clothes were. To top it all off, I came here today and was rudely accused of using their detergent in excessive amounts. I told the attendant that I didn’t take her detergent, as I always bring my own. I proceeded to show her what I brought with me and she told me I shouldn’t get all offended. She told me I shouldn’t look at her the way I was looking at her and honestly I couldn’t believe she was talking to me like that. I told her I was offended in how she approached me about the whole situation. She was visibly angry that someone used the soap (they leave their soap laying around the whole laundromat with no signs on the supplies saying employee use only) that they left on the counter unattended. its Common knowledge that a laundromat will not provide detergent of softener to the customers, but if you leave stuff laying around unattended someone will probably use it so keep it where you can see it. Anyway, I’m not coming back to this place ever again. It’s too bad because it’s convenient for me but I’m not going to put up with the lack of service and just basic respect of how you approach someone if you’re asking them if they stole your detergent especially when you didn’t see who it was. I just happened to be standing near the detergent in question minding my own business drinking my coffee and was basically attacked bernallynbu this woman and then had the nerve to tell me I shouldn’t be offended for being accused of stealing her dollar store detergent. The nerve.
