She listened to what we were looking for in detailed and beautiful bands and she found them. After trying on numerous styles, ordering pieces to try on, sending them back, ordering more - we found THE PERFECT bands for us. She was great in communicating throughout the whole process.Additionally, she worked to prepare a beautiful one pearl gold necklace to be gifted on our wedding day. A true surprise - but she was so invested in our wedding, in our happiness, and our excitement that she was great through the selection and purchase of this special gift as well!Even through 2020, with masks and all - she recognized us each time we walked into the store and was just always a pleasure to work with. I keep coming back to Desjardins Jewelers Inc for a couple reasons like number one reason is i love the employees there always beyond helpful . two they have great prices on jewelry repairs and they will take off money fairly for any old or scrap jewelry depends on how much it ways . three you walk into there establishment and greeted with such hospitality and they take there time to help with everything and anything you may need . Highly recommend for all your jewelry needs.

The ladies at Desjadins are amazing! I bought a tanzanite stone on vacation in Africa and brought it here to have it set. I brought the stone to 3 different jewelry stores to get quotes. The ladies at Desjardins were the only ones who worked with me, showed me options and offered great suggestions on how the stone would look set best. It came out perfect! Fast, affordable and friendly. LOVE them!

The best jewelry store around! I have had many pieces fixed here and they always do a lovely job. The staff are the nicest around and you can tell they really care about your jewelry. They also have a beautiful array of watches, jewelry and gifts for loved ones.

We do the Add A Pearl service they have at Desjardins. It is such a wonderful idea for girls and we just love it!! They have the best service and are so accommodating. Wonderful jewelry store!!

I dont typically post reviews anywhere, but I was very impressed with the service here. My wife bought me a Tissot watch a couple years ago and I had nothing but issues with it. Was sent directly to Tissot to be serviced three separate times and the issues were never resolved. Dropped it off at Desjardins and it was ready in less than two weeks and its been working perfectly since then. The staff there are great.
