ServPro of Beverly/Cape Ann was a pleasure to work with for the cleaning of our office and shelter space at Family Promise North Shore Boston. We needed it done quickly and thoroughly so we could continue serving more families experiencing homelessness during this trying time. After learning about the work Family Promise does, ServPro offered to do the service as a donation to our organization. They were thoughtful, communicative, and incredibly kind. Frank, Danny, Kevin and the rest of the crew did a fantastic job in our time of need after a washing machine in a second floor laundry malfunctioned and flooded two floors and cellar of our house. ServPro’s motto is “Like it never even happened” and these guys were true to that motto in every way. They were responsive, courteous, professional and neat. Excellent service, very thorough and professional. You do not want to mess around with moisture so if you have to deal with a most unwelcome situation youll want to have peace of mind. These folks are thorough. I had Frank as my point person -- hes awesome. Left my house cleaner than when they started!

Would highly recommend these guys! They did an amazing job with my basement and were so helpful during the whole process. David went above and beyond to help us out and was very professional. He checked in to check everything out during the process and my basement is perfect. Hopeful nothing happens to my house again but if it does I will definitely be calling them again.

Im so happy with the SERVPRO (Beverly) team that helped clean up water damage in my shop. They arrived quickly, got to work right away, explained everything theyd be doing and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. They talked with the insurance companies for me, set up environmental testing that needed to be done and trash was hauled away so I didnt have to deal with it. I dealt with Frank and Danny the most, but the entire team was friendly and approachable. Id hire them again in a heartbeat.

I am extremely happy with everything about Serv-Pro Beverly. Their responsiveness, expediency, knowledge, thoroughness and attention to detail has been over the top. I needed help with a water flooding situation and they appeared with 45 minutes of my first phone call, and went right to work 30 minutes after that, and this was on New Years Eve! They kept me informed every step of the way, and anytime I needed to call I was able to speak with a human immediately. They were well equipped and staffed with knowledgeable people both in the front and back office and did a professional job. I would not hesitate to call them with any disaster restoration project.

In managing our multi-unit complex, Ive hired SERVPRO of Beverlythree times in the last 10 years. Ive also dealt with many other vendors inemergency situations. No service has been as quick to respond or as service-oriented as this company.The sense of urgency and dedication demonstrated by Manager Tony Lagrassa extends to every member of his staff we have worked with. If I were to suggest a slogan for them, it would be Whatever it takes!

These folks came out the day after a driving storm to help my mother - who had a broken pipe in her home. The technician, David, was so kind a patient with my mom, and so very professional with the work, that I will be forever grateful.
