CORY!!! Wow, just excellent, he made our day! We called tons of places and were trying to find the best rates without the surprise fees for a cargo van rental. U-haul was a mess, we waited on hold for 35 minutes and while they advertise $19.95 a day rental, after $25 insurance and 99c per mile fees the cost was quickly totaled at $140 IF we were able to do the move in just one trip which wasn’t likely for us. We called around a few more places and found some comparable options, but then, Cory answered. I mean this guy is just so incredibly nice and positive. He didn’t get irritated that we called three different times with questions! Plus, the total cost for the 24hr rental was $90, $100 after tax which included 150 miles. Plenty for us and only 40c a mile over that. We used our own insurance coverage so that was free but could have added insurance for $30 if we needed to. What was a stressful ordeal trying to crunch cost and mileage quickly was shifted into an energetic event with positives vibes and efficiency. The vehicle check out process was quick and made fun because of Cory’s exceptional customer service. We were in and out in 15 minutes. The drop off service is a breeze with a key drop and open lot so no worrying about business hours. We could have choose between a few comparable prices but when folks like Cory know how to transform a stressful transaction into a fun “got your back” scenario, you go with that. Thank you Cory for taking care of us. Now I’ve got to stop typing and get moving!

A+ service and wonderful staff. These folks understand moving. We used the mini-mover for a large studio and it fit everything with the help of one small SUV. I found it easy to drive and navigate the busy streets of LA. Off-hours drop-off is a great feature and very simple and easy at this place. Prices are great (mileage was included!) - dont bother with u-haul.

Outstanding customer service!!!! These guys are the nicest in town. I had to cancel less than 24hours ahead for illness and they totally understood and said it was no problem. I had to return a other truck because my project got canceled and they charged me only 4 hours. Their trucks are clean and run great. They prices are sick good. The staff is awesome. I own an art restoration company and need to move large piece at times. They are my number one choice. The fine people at Beverly Hills Avon are heroes. I was in town for a month for work, and Avon made the whole endeavor immeasurably better. I used a Toyata Mini Van (Daily), a cargo van (2-3 times), and a 16ft box truck at least once or twice. The mini van was perfect, totally clean and well maintained, I practically fell in love with it. The cargo and box trucks were a bit worn but totally functional and easy to drive. But what really made the job was the friendliness, flexibility, and professionalism of everyone working here. Every time I picked up they were all smiles and pleasant conversation, up front and easy to deal with, and efficent. Couldnt reccomend a better place for rentals.

THIS IS A Beverly Hills location with Compton customer service by the manager Vivian! Nasty and rude old woman. Lied about the prices online not BEING accurate to reserve over the phone $150 more for the week. Delivery service WAS for 9am BUT THEY called me from UNKNOWN NUMBERS! Who are you the IRS! They finally call from a business number at 9:40 am. Lied that they were waiting an hour an a half. Do the math stupid. Complained the driver came all the way from Cahengua. Are you serious?? A 15 min at the most ride! Evil witch! Ray the manager and Vivian both conspired to CANCEL MY RESERVATION. BECAUSE I MISSED the pick they were no longer renting me a car! Not to mention how angry and nasty her tone. Im the customer!! LASTLY YOU EVIL WITCH AND RAY YOU THOUGHT YOU COULD BE SPITEFUL. BUT I GOT A BETTER DEAL AND SERVICE ELSEWHERE. AVIS IN HOLLYWOOD!
