Our Global Call Forwarding requirement is basically a number we use in Montserrat so we can easily call our UK office. We just a call our local Montserrat virtual number and it automatically connects to the UK office phone. plus we make outgoing international phone calls using the same Montserrat caller ID. Whenever we need assistance with any type of account requirement your customer service responds faster than expected. You make us feel like we are your only customers.Over the past 8 years weve used an assortment of conferencing services including video conferencing. It was good and not so good. Some of our partners did not like the video camera because it imposed on them to keep their clothes on I guess?What I like to do is setup the US access number in my iphone as a contact. That way I can easily click on the contact for access and Im instantly connected to the conferencing bridge. I dont need to remember anything. Ive suggested this to the overseas folks too because they have those long international access numbers that can be 15 digits, setting a number up as a favorite makes it easy and you can add the participant PIN code as part of the saved number, just use a pause in between.Since we never know what the local situation is for our partners, weve opted to use simple old fashioned audio conferencing with global toll-free access numbers. Very dependable and no hassles from anyone about how they are looking. It excellent for us.

Company requirements dictate that we setup up international toll-free numbers in more than 22 countries. And aitelephone came through and helped us quickly get it all set up and adjusted for our needs.

Grateful in United States for Aitelephone. The audio quality on our calls from Los Angeles is superb considering we have a partner in Rio and another in Buenos Aires. I am using my virtual phone number in Hong Kong.I am an ex-pat French woman now living in Hong Kong. I bought an aelephone Hong Kong phone number. The Hong Kong number is saved as a contact in my iPhone.When I click on the Hong Kong number link, it automatically calls my boyfriends phone number in US.We often talk like 4 times a day. What I love most is when I want to call him, I just dialed my local Hong Kong number and he instantly calls my boyfriend in the US. I can use my cell phone, home phone, or any phone in HONGK and connect to the US number instantly.When I want to make a call to someone else, like my mother in France, I log into my customer portal and temporarily change the destination phone number to the France phone number of my months. After the call, I change it back to the US number. So far, the service is working perfectly.
