Unfortunately not the most professional experience. After having my nails chipped after 5 days from one of the staff, I came back to repair the nails. The second lady who saw me made all my nails the wrong shape and was offended after I had advised her for circle nails and not the square shape she had given me. The owner was the worst, shouting and taking all the equipment away leaving me with unfinished nails. The worst experience I’ve ever had in a nail salon.

Somehow I believe all of these four reviews are faked. I wouldnt be surprised if a competitive nail salon (not naming names) may have set these up. None of them coheres in any way with my experience at Natures Nails. I have had superb and caring customer service. They do a tremendous job on all aspects of nail care. The place is clean and pleasant. The owner, Tracey, always greets me by name and remembers all the details of my last experience. I find it hard to believe they would turn anyone away. I saw them do a pedicure on a man once that was - uh - well if they would have turned away anyone they would have turned him away, given the state of his feet. Yet they provided wonderful, thoughtful, polite service.So please go in and judge for yourself and dont believe these faked reviews. This is a wonderful place.

Tommy (Hung Duong) is rude as hell. Tommy is capable of doing a 1/2 decent paint job; however, he is completely inexperienced with acrylics. It took him over 90 minutes to apply a full set, and when I asked him to file them down for a more natural look; he rolled his eyes and scoffed like a child. Later during the week, one nail broke and against my better judgement, I text Tommy for the repair. To my surprise, he refused to repair the nail and text me that I dont listen to the way he wanted to do them. Im not sure who Tommy thinks he is, however, his rudeness was a blessing. Go to Kelly or Kim at Butter Nails off of Sunset in West Hollywood if you want superior service and beautiful looking nails. These techs are super talented and the spa is full service (wax, massage, etc). They go out of their way to provide top notch customer service and the best part... you get what you want.

We made an appointment two hour in advanced for two adults and three young kids. We showed up and they turned us away. Said we couldn’t sit together( the kids are only 3 years old) It was especially disappointing for the kids. They were so excited to get their nails done.

The owner is aggressive, unprofessional & yells at customers. After growing my nails long during corona, they used clippers & made my nails short without listening to my needs to file them. The lady left me with unfinished nails. Two of their employees left due to the owners emotional behavior and poor conduct.

Request Lynn! Shes the best on the West. Ive been with Lynn for over 5 years and followed her to this location. Other techs at this location are also great. They have a large color selection which is always a plus and they also have the most comfy chairs.

I went here with my mom they refused service to my mom after looking at her toes. They started to make some faces and speak in their language. It was Jack, Lily and then Nancy. Another customer walked in after me and they all got up wanted to help her at the same time. I told the owner Tracey about this but she just did not care at all.I wonder who is the real boss?I WILL NOT BE BACK HERE NOR REFER ANYONE…I went to another nearby salon and told them about how bad the service is at Nature Nails and came to find that no one likes them. From employees who use to work with them to customers. Jack, Lily and Nancy is bad news in the industry.I later found out that these three Jack, Lily and Nancy all are working under the table. They are all on the welfare system and working for cash. Talk about taking advantage of the system. Buying homes under different names and receiving food stamps. They might think that they can work the system and get away with it but still they should be ashamed of themselves. I wouldnt even show my face around anywhere if I did such a thing.As for Tracey, She tries to harass local nearby competitors to gain more business. She even tries to write bad reviews about her competitors all over the internet.What is wrong with this place? Talk about LOSERS…Do not go here ….

It was my first time here and Tommy was so fast and gentle! I would definitely go back and make an appointment with him.

Old dude name Jack f**** up my nails. I should have known to take a chance on a salon that just opened up less then a year. Trust me, dont come here they are terrible. There are much betty salons on the same block who has been in business for over 20 years. Will never come back.

I was really disgusted walking down robertson and getting stopped by Natures Nails employees bad mouthing Contempo nails down the street. This salon stoops to an ultimate low in an attempt to get customers. The owner writes negative reviews on other salons to give them a lower rating and positive reviews for themselves to make their star rating higher. Its really sad.

Bad attitudes! Bad service...horribly competitive...Seems theyre loosing a lot of business to Contemopo Nails a few doors down...Which is where Ive started going...And Ive found Contempo is a WAAAAYYYY BETTER NAIL SPA!!!...Great service, great personalities...awesome work and VERY CLEAN!...When I mentioned Contempo gives great coupons to the ppl at Nature Nails...they flew off the hook!...They started bad mouthing them and became even more unprofessional, rude and negative!...I dont need to spend any money at a place like that...Definitely NOT the relaxing, pampering experience Im going for!
