And with Covid restrictions, order placed over the phone (once you have a profile in store) , park and baggage delivered to your car. Thank you Lisa ! Prior to writing my review here, I reached out to Rimowas HQ to express my appreciation for the outstanding service I received by the Southern California regional manager Kris. Kris was very instrumental in procuring me an original aluminum cabin small spinner, and personally delivered it to my hotel. It was under unusual circumstances, but she followed through and I certainly appreciated it very much. If Im ever back in Los Angeles, Ill stop by. Thanks again Kris!

I had the best experience at Rimowa Beverly Hills when I went in to have my luggage repaired. My suitcase had been damaged when I had to have it gate checked, with a corner crushed and a wheel left inoperable. The staff at the store were great and quickly set me up to have my suitcase repaired. I bought my suitcase more than 6 years ago, so the warranty had expired, but even then the cost for repair was very reasonable. The turnaround time for the repair was also only about a week. Always been a huge Rimowa fan due to the design of their luggage, but the staff here also make me a fan. Thank you!

Went there to get luggage repaired. Their warranty policies are generous and fair and the staff is very helpful. They even arranged to ship the repaired luggage back to me so I dont have to make another trip. I just wish they had more locations in the city. Rodeo Drive is a pain to get to!

Really personable, friendly staff. Ive been to their location a number of times for personal visits and for business, and its always a good experience - plus, they of course have warranties and they do free repairs, which I needed after having to break into my own luggage after landing from a recent plane trip :/

Bought an essential trunk since we dont have enough luggage while we are visiting LA, the plastic frame of the divider snaped same day of purchase when we were trying to pack. Went back to store hope to get replacement or buy a new piece since we really need it for our way back, been told need to wait for at least 3 weeks and nothing they can do. Since they have plenty same size in stock, dont understand how come they couldnt give me a replacement and order a new one, especially when it broken in day 1.Try to explain to them the only reason we bought it is to use it during the way back and now it wont work properly, it appears they couldnt care less.

I came in with messed up suitcase that occurred during my trip out to Los Angeles. My bag had broken and the handle wouldn’t go down. They told me to come in, they fixed it immediately, and they were super nice. This is why you buy a Rimowa.

Despite the hype, this material splits, as mine did. The sales person didnt want to have much to do with my problem and told me she would send it to the repair shop. She told me she lets people know that this can happen... Its overrated, overpriced..If you travel a lot it wont hold up to the wear and tear of baggage handlers at airports.

Although it was a polite response, it was a weekend, so I waited a while for many customers to purchase. Since there is a sofa, I could compare it while sitting and purchase it. Rimowa stores in the United States are not tax-free, so Beverly Hills stores are subject to 9.5% consumption tax. Thank you for your help in repairing the lock, but it was repaired beautifully.
