This was our first time in LA and our hotel concierge booked us an airport transfer to our hotel. They use KLS. Edward came to pick us up from the airport he was on time and extremely professional! He gave us the scoop on the city since we’ve never been there before! We were picked up in a really nice Cadillac. We really appreciated how informative Edward was! It really set the tone for a great trip. He was a great guy who you could tell really enjoyed his job. We live in the Midwest he told us KLS is also in Chicago so we used them in Chicago last time we went and had a great experience there as well. 100% recommend it’s worth every penny!

I had to get a car service for my boss today on short notice. The team at Pleasant Chauffeured Services were accommodating, eager to help and fair with their pricing. My boss informed me the driver was on time, respectful and the service was able to get him to the airport on time.I would definitely recommend Pleasant Chauffeured Services.

Took out their Mercedes Sprinter Limo for my nieces birthday and we had a great time. Its awesome that you can stand up all the way instead of crouching and scooching all the way down a traditional limousine, it was very comfortable. The chauffeur, Trevor, was great as well and kept everyone well entertained.

I was flown out to LA to be on the Ellen Show because I was the winner of a VIP experience, but my experience left me feeling super unimportant, misguided and used. My driver after the show was a driver for KLS his name was Noel and while he didnt work for the Ellen show at all he was the driver that picked me up, and when he saw how hurt I was he just felt the need to make it up to me. He look me to dinner his treat as he drove me to the airport so that he could show me the right way LA does hospitality. And since the Ellen show insisted on rushing me off to the airport for my flight that wasnt for another 6 hours. Noel took me the scenic route so I could enjoy my time there a little bit more. An awful day was turned around by someone who saw the hurt on my face and showed me some true compassion. It really meant so much to me. Thank you Noel and thank you KLS for having drivers like him who go the extra mile!

READ BEFORE CONSIDERING KLS:I was visiting LA for the weekend. I needed a car service to drive me 10 minutes down the road (Uber and Lyft didnt have baby seats). Google recommended KLS. The dispatcher on the phone, fully knowing that I simply needed a taxi with a booster seat, instead of explaining that this was not the service they provided, booked me a driver. After the 10-minute delivery, they charged me $232. They claim its for the 2-hour chauffeur I agreed upon. I explained the lack of clarity and communication (and the fact that the driver just took off and never returned), but management insisted on charging me.Even if you are looking for a chauffeur service, its probably better to find another competitor. If this is how they deal with MY case, they may not be reasonable with YOU if something doesnt go right.*I just noticed that one of their 5-star Google reviews was written by their own Client Relations Associate. Makes me wonder if any of their 5-star reviews are legit.

Reliable, comfort, professional drivers and excellent customer service.

Called in to cancel a reservation and the lady who answered the phone breathed heavy, and hung up. I called back and the next person cancelled my reservation no problem. I will stick with another transportation company however.

With KLS, you definitely get what you pay for! KLS might be expensive but theyre the most reliable service you can find. Ive used KLS in almost every state and even internationally. Id like to specifically name Edward Miller in the LA area - after a particularly rough travel day filled with many delays, Edward got me home safely. I felt so comfortable as his passenger, I got to catch up on sleep!KLS makes it easy to schedule your transfers via email. The team is very quick to respond and you can get updates on your chauffeur via text. 10/10 recommend!
