First off, let me start by saying that purchasing jewelry is not my strong point, but when I needed an engagement ring for my now wife, I had no idea where to go or what to look for. At the advice of my BMW service advisor, I decided to give Tom a shot and see what he had to offer. The Jackels Collection was the last jeweler I had visited looking for the perfect ring and boy did I find it. The first time I met Tom, he was courteous, respectful, but most importantly, he seemed genuinely interested in wanting to help a poor soul like myself. I showed him what I was looking for and he showed me what my options were and if need be, he could also make a ring based on what I wanted. I took him up on his offer and he made me a ring with a similar design I had seen somewhere else and boy what it something else. The finished product blew past my expectations and at a price that was better than any other jeweler I had spoken to for a much better quality diamond!!! Better yet, Toms diamonds are inspected by a grading agency and come with their own certificate, so you know you are getting a high quality product.Fast forward 4 years later, my wifes ring got damaged and Tom was able to take care of us extremely fast and had the ring restored to its original glory! What other jeweler can say that? Sure, you can shop the competition, but if youre looking for quality and top notch pricing with excellent customer service, please PLEASE give The Jackels Collection a shot and let his work speak for itself. You will not find another team so focused on customer satisfaction. If you give him the chance, Tom and his team will work hard to earn your business.

If I could give Tom a 6 on this scale I would. I went to Tom about 18 months ago by recommendation of a close friend to purchase an engagement ring - knowing absolutely nothing about jewelry. He didnt try to sell me, pressure me, or even really push me to buy something from him - instead he gave me all the information I needed as well as a few things in my price to understand that as soon as I left his store, Id never find another deal as good as what he was giving me.While I know he cannot always do for others what he did for me, know that with Tom, youll get full transparency and honesty with every question you ask, the best quality jewelry and craft with the paperwork to support the quality, and a truly satisfactory experience. I had a great experience with The Jackels Collection of Beverly Hills. They offered me a very fair price for my jewelry, but what set them apart is their customer service. They treated me respectfully and made me feel comfortable. The customer area of the shop is very nice and secure. I had an opportunity to deal directly with Tom, the owner, and his son Tommy both really nice guys. I visited another shop after them and the other shop offered a comparable price but they were rude, so I came back. I definitely recommend them!
