Although a partial muscle training is very difficult to achieve due to the nature of physics, this dream equipment of the EMS will make it possible! If you want to build muscle or lose weight on particular area, this is your perfect solution. If your goal is a general weight loss, the cardiovascular exercises such as running and boxercise is far better cost effective solution but if your partial muscle building or weight loss, the EMS is very cost effective. You can achieve your goal in far less time than other Gym equipment training. Highly recommended!

I saw a FB ad on this place and decided to give it a try since its close to my work. I heard about Bruce Lee using EMS to train and I figured, if its good enough for Bruce Lee, its good enough for me. Im 2 sessions in and I gotta say, my whole body feels like jello. Too early to tell but based on my first 2 sessions, friendly staff and the facility, I give it 5 stars.

Amazing place! Finally EMS in the heart of LA in Beverly Hills, 15-20 minutes and you get a workout done that is more effective than hours at the gym and completely safe. Will definitely be coming back!
