Just used this company and all I have to say is amazing they came out same day. Both techs were wonderful to work with. They were exactly on time , even called as they were on their way. They charge by how much of their truck your stuff fills it up. I thought I had a half truck but they said I only had a third truck. I had four big items plus other small stuff so I thought they were very reasonable. Will definitely use them again.

These guys are amazing! I was looking to have my whole house cleaned out and these guys did such an amazing job. The tech was very straight forward on the pricing, very flexible on the scheduling and very communicative on confirming the appointments and ETA of the crew members. On site, they confirmed that it would take about 2 1/2 truck loads to get rid of everything and suggested they start with the garage first and come back at a later time to do the rest of the house with the bigger items, which worked out perfectly. They came back a week later and did the rest of the house. Initially, they said they would have to come back again to do that 1/2 truck load for the rest of the furniture, but they were able to rearrange some of the stuff on the truck to make everything fit. Again, they did an amazing job!

We called Lean Mean Junk Removal Los Angeles to come to a storage locker and they came same day. We had a large storage locker 20x25 with old office equipment, desks, tables, and supplies. We needed to clear out about 50% of the locker to assess what we wanted to keep. The techs arrived between the time the company told me they would. I got a 30 minute call before arrival time. Within 2 1/2 hours we took out 50% of the storage office equipment. They never complained about how hard it was (it was!) and cheerfully pulled out the old dusty supplies.
