Paid over $3k for shipping and they partially delivered our packages and delivered the reminder days late. Refusing to refund the difference from late delivery. States” outside of our control” simple not true.

This FEDEX store lacks leadership, organization and processes that are required to meet today’s business demands. I spent over 30 minutes in line while the employees waited in their own lines to use company computers. There was total disregard for the customer experience and no effort in demonstrating any consideration for wasting their customers time. I could have grown a mature plant from the seed during this visit.

If you want great customer service THIS is the place to go! Sandra is the best ... professional and knows her job inside and out, a great listener-quickly understands what you need, accommodating and gives you service with smile and a kind word! There is always a long line to drop off packages. Its kind of absurd.I printed my own label and my packaged boxed up and ready. I just needed a drop off receipt but have to wait in the same line as everyone else. This includes people who dont have box or label and need over 10 minutes of time. I waited 20 minutes in line and it took 20 seconds for them to print my receipt.Go to UPS, you will not pull your hair out.

Nancy the manager took great care of me this morning. I came in around 7:30 to pick up a copy order. It appeared that Nancy was the only employee in the store and she was helping someone else. She was able to help both customers and get me out of the store in a flash. Thank you Nancy.

Horrible absolutely horrible. I went to return wireless ear buds I bought 2 Hours ago. They said they could do then said they couldnt. The bring the manager GLEN who starts by threatening me to kick me out before I even said anything. I explained how the product didnt work and I wanted a refund he later claimed he did it but I never recieved any money then talked to me if i was a child and stupid. The most disrespectful thing i have ever encountered. I hope nothing but negative towards GLEN and i hope this warms all who goes there to stay away.i will be filing a lawsuit against this.

I had such a wonderful experience with Jose and Raul. I explained the urgency in getting photos printed and mounted to foam core board, and they were able to expedite the process and get my posters to me within hours. I am not exaggerating when I say they saved the day. Easily one of the best FedEx Offices Ive ever been to.

Avoid this location. Horrible customer service. I work in customer service so I’m not one to write bad reviews or jump to conclusions based on one experience; this location is consistently awful. It’s not the length of time I wait or the cost of printing - it’s the people who work there. They’re rude. I’ve had the strangest interactions with them. I leave wondering if I’m on drugs. I’m not on drugs. Just don’t go.

I swear with these print centers in LA they either have a ridiculous charge per page. Or they dont operate a professional business. I needed some resumes printed here and the man at the front told me it would be a 7 hour wait because he was behind on projects as if Im trying to pitch an idea to a busy college student. Not pay for a quick service that can be done in 3 minutes. Really hit me the wrong way, no excuses for this imo.

Had such a great experience. They were short staffed and George did everything he could to help with my complicated job while balancing helping others. This was the best experience Ive had in this fedex and if you get George helping you, know youre in great hands!

They broke my stuff and then didn’t want to take responsibility for it. I called multiple times because they never sent me an invoice. Nancy the manager is the most incompetent person you will ever speak to. She will also ignore all phone calls and say she left you a message when she didn’t and the rest of the staff are really bad at their jobs. I hope they clean house at this location.

Very conveniently located half mile from my office. on occasion, employees tend to ignore customers, but for the most part, friendly staff. they also have basic supplies for sale in case one forgets something to help ship their package

Waited in line for about ten minutes and instead of helping me they helped another customer who came by the counter. I just needed to have an item shipped for me. Two of the employees knew I was waiting in line in line. Horrible customer service. Guess I need to be rude next time to get what I want.

An absolute WORST experience. This location is the slowest, there is no system of who is in charge of what and this leads to a complete haos. Customers are spending in line over 20 min average, sometimes just to drop off a PRE-PACKAGED box/envelope. I would suggest the manager to implement some changes. My personal drama is out of this world - at 4:40 (busiest time) was waiting in line for 15-20 minutes with an envelope just to get a receipt, then i just handed my envelope to a representative, ASKING to please make sure its scanned today. HE SAID NO WORRIES. What do you think? He scanned it at 5:55 PM and my overnight shipment came 2 days later to my destination, because the cut of time was missed. The word disappointment is not good enough here....AVOID THIS LOCATION at all costs!

Horrible service, I was waiting for more than 20 minutes for help and when I finally got help I told the person who was working there that the machine gave me the wrong print to which she said that the machine didnt charge me when in fact it did, then she told me to put more money in it so that I can get my money back (as if that makes any sense) and she didnt even give me my card back, I got more help from the customers than from the people who were working there. Two ways of describing my experience at this kinkos1. HORRIBLE SERVICE2. THIEVES

The staff was beyond rude, not helpful. For some reason if you dont fill the paperwork out for Fed Ex shipment the staff becomes extremely unhappy. I keep stratching my head because I have an account number and I know that the information written on the shipping Form gets input to the computer. Oh yes, thats called automation. Why would you duplicate work. But, Im not the customer who is paying, Im just an annoying distraction to a staff that has no clue how to treat their clients. In the age of milenials, interpersonal skills are no here to be found.

This FedEx Office location is terrible. Avoid it. The employees think theyre celebrities because they work in Beverly Hills. Theyre arrogant & condescending to customers, who they consider to be an annoyance. I have a Fedex acct & have been shipping FedEx for 15+ yrs with no problem.... until Lenny at this location decided to refuse to accept my packages. Amazing!!! He thought it was funny. I shipped them from another FedEx location & will NEVER return to this location. Lenny should be fired. On several previous visits to this location I found it impossible to find an employee to help me with problems with the photocopy machines. They were all too busy .... standing around chatting in the back. Completely unacceptable. They need to be reminded that they are there to help customers, not spend their time fantasizing that theyre stars of a Bravo reality show.

I have printer cartridge to ship, so I wrapped it using AMAZON paper box, it is all covered but not in great ship, the staff want to repack it and charge me for it. I donot think it is necessary since printer cartridge already have a hard paper box cover it.
