Unfortunately, the service we received was not up-to-par. My boss tried to rent a car but ended up being rushed and did not get her moneys worth. It is disappointing considering the situation with her car, we were hoping for an easy experience but it became the most difficult one.

Bad experience, they have no car, rushed, they try to get me another car from another location and when we got there the car was not ready! They don’t accept certain debit card, waiting for almost 2 hours and still can’t get my car ! Enterprise LAX and Westwood location are great! But not this location. Do not recommended

One of the agents that helped me was very good at carrying a conversation. He was more than willing to help us out with an issue that was created by Enterprises online reservation platform. He ended up giving us a much better deal than Enterprise online could offer and upgraded the car at no additional cost.Great experience and will visit again.

Do NOT rent from here. Enterprise is a great company, but this is a terrible location. We rent on a weekly basis and I would give every location that we’ve tried up until now a 4 or 5 star rating. You would think Beverly Hills would have the best service, but to our surprise it was the exact opposite. Not only did we get horrible service when we picked up our rental, but we were charged an extra $60 when we dropped it off because it “smelled like cigarettes”... Literally impossible considering my husband and I don’t even smoke cigarettes. Do NOT rent here. We regret giving this location a chance. Don’t make the same mistake we did.

I recently rented a car from Beverly Hills Enterprise Rent A Car and was extremely happy with both the staff and the cars.The lot is small and can get busy quickly in these times of covid, but all rentals were handled with care and the return was even easier, in and out in 5 minutes.I rented a Standard SUV and ended up with a 2020 Jeep Cherokee which was a great car to drive and with excellent gas mileage over the 2+ weeks I had the car.Thanks BH Enterprise Rent A Car!

My experience with Enterprise was excellent.The car was brought to my officeWhen I returned by car at the dealership, the sales person had my paperwork ready, was courteous, pleasant and professional.The dealership also observed PPE and social distancing as warranted by the pandemic.

These guys are idiots. I have received two cars and both came looking like a dog who just ran in mud was locked in it trying to escape. This was in an Audi A4 and Q5. On top of it all they charged my card two instances when they should not even be charging me. I spoke to Nathan the first time who was apologetic and refunded the money as Audi was supposed to take care of it, the second time I spoke to Derek who sounded like he thinks he was the coolest guy ever and but didnt even know how to browse his system to look into my records to see why I got charged again and after I had to set him straight he finally found it and said he fixed it but I just found out I got charged yet again. This guy didnt even apologize and it was the second time. These guys are a joke especially this Derek guy. I expect to get a call from a manager about this, and if I dont then when I return the car I currently have I will have to update everyone again on how they handle it. Im pretty sure they will just screw up again. This enterprise is ridiculous and is full of laziness and no brains.Update: just spoke to Tommy manager who actually had a sense of customer service and seemed to know what he was doing. Now waiting for my refund and will see if it comes this time! Wouldnt be surprised if they charged me again, but who knows it might be something they did right before the new year.

Outstanding service and vehicle selection at this location. Unfortunately they do not have after-hours drop-off at this location and they are closed on Sunday, adjust your travel plans accordingly.

Horrible location!!! Called and confirmed my reservation yesterday. Showed up to pick up the vehicle and they gave away the truck I reserved while I was standing there. Would not recommend.

We had such a great experience with Enterprise Rent a Car on N Robertson Blvd on Beverly Hills last month. We were really nervous about renting a car during this Covid time, the agent Dwight gave the best customer service we could ask in this situation. He re cleaned the inside of our car in front right of us for our piece of mind even though it had just been cleaned by workers.Alão he have is a great deal for a bigger car because upon showing up to get our car, we realized that we needed much more room.We look forward to using Enterprise again over the Christmas Holiday as well

Recently rented a car from Enterprise and it was the easiest process. Did everything online and showed up at my appointment time and everything was ready. I rented from the Enterprise on North Robertson in Beverly Hills and the guy who assisted me his name was Omar and he went above and beyond! First while he was checking us in her was extremely friendly and personable and when he found out it was my birthday he went out of his way to upgrade the car. He didn’t have to do that but it really made our trip more memorable. So shout out to Omar for being awesome and for being a wonderful example of what customer service should be.

I have rented at Enterprise in Beverly Hills (Robertson) several times, and they have given excellent service each time. Eileen was super helpful and efficient getting me in the car on a very important day! I ended up keeping the car an extra day, and one of Eileens colleagues helped me over the phone (Brian or Nick maybe - thanks again!). Its such a pleasure renting with them, and I highly recommend the Robertson Beverly Hills location!

The staff are nice and are professional. However, the Enterprise on La Brea are short staff. I went in the exchange the car they originally gave me. Even though it had stickers in the car not to smoke the car reeked of stale cigarette older. So they were great in which they upgraded by car to a more luxury car fully loaded and it had only a little over 4000 miles. But getting a car, the people who clean the car need to be more detailed when cleaning.I ended up taking the car to a car wash where they do the outside and you vacuum and clean the inside. There was so much of this white powder in all the door jams and the carpets needed to be vacuumed.When you rent a car it should be perfect. They should hold the people who rent the car accountable to bringing back the car in the same condition they rented it.

Small lot thats ALWAYS busy, but the staff is efficient and professional. A treat to do business with.

Good selection, good prices and good costumer service. Minus one star because it is annoying how every time they try to sale you insurance even though you tell them you are already covered. If you have full coverage personal insurance you are already covered. Most credit cards automatically cover your rental also with insurance. Dont push us to buy insurance we dont need, you know its a waste of money so please dont try to justify it. Just dont reply with excuses to this feedback it will only make you look worst, excuse excuse excuse.

I wanted a car rental location that was close to home, so that it was not only easy to rent, but return. The location is open on Sunday, which is the bonus benefit, and really a critical component if you dont want to get up on Monday to return the car. The staff has always been friendly, helpful and extremely easy and pleasant to work with. Vehicle selection is broad, and they have accommodating in all aspects of customer-vendor relationship. They dont control rates, but all the car rental Cos are pretty much the same price. Enterprise has asked me to update my review, it is August, 2021 and it may be due to the Pandemic, but I have experienced a downturn in service at my preferred location. Last week after confirming an hour prior to picking up the rental, I arrived at the location to find that there was only one car available in my category, and it was not clean or ready and I would have to wait an hour, which was not acceptable. I felt it was almost a bait and switch, having to upgrade to the next level, which should have been offered at the same price. The location needs to be managed better in order to service the customers. Forecasting what vehicles are needed each day in order to meet the reservations. I saw the lot filled with high-end SUVs, and not sedans.

Rented a Maserati Levante from BH location, the car needed a service, the brakes was not working and the side panel for seatbelt was keep coming off.

This is my go-to rental company. It is close to where I live and everyone there is professional and courteous. I rented from them last week and the car I ordered was ready and the process, well-managed and timely.

Stay away from this company. They will blame old damages on you and try to get money from you. Safe yourself a headache! Because if you do, this will likely happen to you. No to count the fact that the car are always dirty and smelly. Disgusting place to rent cars. I regret renting here and will never do again. I love This Beverly hills Enterprise except for the Hours of operation on Saturday and being Closed on Sunday with no Drop off service for either day.The employees at this location have always been polite and willing to help anyway possible.

I went, submitted my licence, a person gave me the car, explained the policies and there I went. Simple, easy and convenient. Staff was ever smiling and courteous. Same during return. I went, was welcomed, staff checked my car in 30 seconds and collected my key. They even offered to drop me somewhere if I liked! Highly recommended.

Worse experience ever!! PLEASE, don’t rent from this place and if you do take pictures of the vehicle. They will tell you they don’t mark dents and scratches but when you go to return they will blame it on you. I’m just walking out of returning a rental and they made me make a claim and blame a dent in the trunk and DEFINITELY didn’t happen while I was renting the vehicle. I regret not having taken picture of the vehicle when I took the rental and now I’m Paying for it. What a crooks!! Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else , like Avis which I have rented before and they are amazing! I rented from here because of being close to my house but I will NEVER do it again. Wish I could give them a -10 rating cause the deserve it!! Shame on you Enterprise!!

Our experience here was beyond what we couldHave ever imagined from any car rental place. Our host went above and beyond to help us our. We upgraded our car to a Nissan Rogue which we really enjoyed driving! We got some very friendly and helpful tips on what to do in the city. The car was clean and great. Booking was easy online, phone call was hard to get through and they were only open until 2 on Sunday. But we made it in and we didn’t think twice about that at all. Our experience was second to none. Thank you!

The service was great. I rented a 2020 Infiniti Q80 SUV wuth 3000 miles on the odometer for the weekend to move some boxes. Needless to say, I was shocked at how unstable the vehicle was at highway speeds. Every bump in the road sent the vehicle flying and I genuinely thought the car would kill me. Never, ever rent an Infiniti Q80 if you value your life. Worst vehicle Ive ever driven and most harrowing driving experience of my life. Not faulting Enterprise but that particular vehicle is dangerous.

The woman who served us was terrible customer service.. didn’t care to loose customer.. created issues with everything.. wanted to rent a car with bumps , scratch and a hit on window ..without putting it down on rental paper.. ended leaving without a car, and she managed to keep one of our credit card.. terrible!!!

Honestly, as an individual rarely compelled to provide a review on a service, I found this Enterprise experience to exceed all of my expectations. The team was incredibly knowledgable and thoughtful, the process was seamless, and the car was perfect. Enterprise Robertson Blvd has earned me as a loyal customer for life.

By far the best car rental spot! There is an enterprise 2 blocks from my house but I rather rent from this one because the staff here are awesome! They go out of their way to accommodate you. I rent from here every week and have never had a problem. This location (like most locations in LA) is very busy but the difference here is that it feels like a family business and not a corporation. The staff does a great job of making you feel welcome and respected. Every car I have rented from here has been clean and in great condition. Quick and friendly service. Great team of current employees.

Rented a Chevy Equinox and was charged for a full SUV rate, Chevys website says that this vehicle is a compact chevy, as do all other car websites but Enterprise will charge you for the full SUV category.Payment process was somewhat confusing, if you want to pay for the rental with a debit card, youll need 2 utility bills, with a credit card, nothing.

Me and my best friend rented a car at the Robertson location and our experience was phenomenal!! All the staff was extremely helpful and very attentive to our needs from the first call of reservation until the time we drop off the vehicle, the staff very cordial and super professional. I had a rental cancelled without explanation by Avis when I arrived at their desk. They suggested I try Enterprise. I went in with low expectations but to my surprise not only did Enterprise have an economy car available for me, they were able to upgrade it to a convertible for $20. The paperwork and walk around were completed in minutes, the car, a 2019 Mustang Convertible, was in good condition, clean and a joy to drive. When I returned to the agency first thing in the morning, fifteen minutes before opening, the staff were already ready to process the rental and I was on my way in no time.They were friendly, helpful and efficient. I was there early on a Friday morning to pick up a car for a weekend trip. Not sure if I was just lucky that day, but Id recommend arriving closer to when they open to avoid long wait times. There was only 1 customer ahead of me, so I didnt wait very long until I was helped. They had a great selection of cars and made sure the car was clean before renting it out. My experience with Enterprise was amazing until I returned the car. The employee who was in charge of me didn’t even finish its work with me. He said hold one I will take the contact of the client and come back to you... and he never did. :-(((The 2 men I interfered with had more important and urgent matter to deal with than helping me with a 10 seconds maximum task that was very difficult for me to achieve having my son wrapped around me. It felt sad and lonely and there is now a bitter taste in what was a great experience.

The car I had reserved was not ready when I went in to pick it up. I was renting one way to Palm Springs so they offered me a deal. Palm Springs was in need of trucks and vans and offered to waive the one way drop off fee if I drove a van or truck to Palm Springs for them. Sure I will do them a favor and save some money.Carlos went to show me the vans they had on the lot. I didnt care as I needed to get on my way and just needed to get going. I took the only van he showed me that wasnt completely blocked in by other vehicles. We did the walk around and I pointed out a number of little paint chips and a scratch on the front bumper. I asked him how bad they were going to come after me when I dropped off a van with these minor marks. He said it was considered regular wear and tear and it wouldnt be an issue. I had him mark it down on the contract as spots of damage and he went and grabbed the keys. Got in the van and it was FILTHY. They did not clean it at all there were crumbs and other spots of god knows what everywhere. Okay great....Im already running behind and now this? I asked Carlos if this would be a problem if I returned a dirty van and he reassured me it wouldnt be an issue.Drove the van off the lot and off to Palm Springs. When I got there the agent Cindy wasnt sure why they had told me that Palm Springs needed trucks and vans as they didnt. Okay Cindy well this isnt my problem can we get this going? Nope she couldnt believe they would rent me a van with what Carlos had stated was regular wear and tear. Great! Now I am dealing with the damage recovery unit. Oh, and Cindy wasnt able to waive the drop off fee like Beverly Hills had promised.Thanks Beverly Hills enterprise. Maybe you should train your staff to understand your policies and procedures a little better.DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY GO ANYWHERE ELSE

This is the worst enterprise ever. Staff and management do not take responsibility for their own actions making fake claims just to increase their own collection productions. These seems like it’s due to their corporate structure. Also this seems to be consistent at Both the Santa monica and Sunset location with the same manager at both Spots. Save your self the stress and go to Hertz

I reserved and paid for a 5-day rental mid-sized SUV. When I arrived, on time, I was offered a dirty bare bones Chevy Spark with an empty tank of gas or I could wait a few minutes while they finished prepping a full-sized 4-door Nissan truck. Not a pleasant experience.

I usually rent from Enterprise on Santa Monica Ramada Inn location because its around the corner from my apt. However, they did not have the weekend special rate so I had gone to N. Robertson location instead. Everyone there was very pleasant and professional. Joeventte (not sure of the correct spelling) was very knowledgeable and honest when presenting me my car option. The car I rented was terribly dirty. I rented at the evening time, so didn’t see what is going on. The bossy morning when I sat inside of the car, is was discussting. It never was cleaned after previous guests. There was a trash all over and the food crumbs. I discussted to sit in it. But had to drive it to return it. When I came to return and told them it was dirty. All what they say- “oh, really, sorry for that.” Plus they added the damage waiver coverage which o didn’t asked for. Obviously I had to pay for it. Don’t think I will rent from this place anymore.

The whole experience with this enterprise has been a nightmare. When requesting to be picked up from ~2 miles away they stated they couldn’t do it that day. When we picked the car up things were just dirty, the car was missing a hub cap, and just not a pleasant first impression. After we dropped the car off this is when most of the problems started. I was charged for a couple of extra days even after receiving a receipt from the drop off location stating one number. I was able to get that resolved, but over the past month I have had 2 additional charges to my credit card. What a nightmare dealing with this location. No clue how much they will end up charging for this little car.If you call with an issue make sure to say you are interested in a rental then speak about the issue. If they know you are calling to review an account they place you on hold and never return.
