As someone who does not let anyone not even the dealership wash my car, Earth Car Wash did absolutely amazing. Did the job sooner than expected and the results of my Porsche Macan S are beautiful! He even got the tires good. Will use in the future.

I had the worst experience with this organization. Booked a wash that got rescheduled twice and then cancelled. Booked wash for 2 vehicles and only one was able to be done. They charged me $115 for the one for special cleaning and $39.95 for the other.Tried to reschedule with the agent to no avail. The traveling service team have no qualms with being late, not communicating and canceling appointments. I’ve been trying to get a refund on the 2nd vehicle for 1.5 months with Rachel. If you don’t care about accountability, use this service.

This is a mobile car wash and if you call asking questions, not knowing they are mobile, the person on the phone will try to make you feel like youre an idiot. So, dont make the same mistake I did. Dont call without knowing they are mobile first.

I have to change my review from 2 stars to 4 stars because after I left the original review, the management quickly followed up with me to find out why I wasnt satisfied originally. Everyone was very nice, including scheduling and the gentleman that showed up to detail the car, both times. The management was very understanding and redid the detail without extra charge. My complaint the first time was that bug remnants were still all over the car, the roof had missed spots and the side mirrors werent even touched. The second time around though, the car did look much better. I would use them again because of their customer courtesy and it really is convenient when you dont have time to take it to another detailer and wait.

Not worth the money! Ive tried this company twice now, and each time I schedule an appointment, they show up 2 hours earlier than expected. The detailers miss spots, leaves smudges, and towel strings on my car. Will definitely not ever use or refer my friends to this company again especially when the market has competitors to this service.

Earth car wash detailed my car to perfection. My paint was really bad and they managed to take all the scratches out and restore the shine on my acura integra. I highly recommend their services
