Josue, the owner of El Camino Property Management Services, and Minerva, his staff were friendly and professional. Josue was the only one I was able to reach on weekends and he came over right away to start the process. They came from Orange County to show our property in Monterey Park. Minerva informed interested parties of the our geat location in Monterey Park. El Camino has good software and applicants can apply and pay online. Documents were reviewed and signed online, eliminating handling paper documents which can be delayed from being: damaged, lost, misplaced overlooked and shuttled back and forth via snail mail. We were able to request a hard copy afterwards. I am very happy with their service. Already I have recommended them to friends. Break out the champagne!!!
