I am very happy with the work done by Air Max. Abe walked me through all the different options I had for AC and furnace units. He also walked me through all the steps involved in financing. Within two days of signing the contract, they got the installation completed. They were on-time and professional. I would recommend Air Max to others.

Couldnt have asked for better service from this company. They were able to scheduled me for the same day I called. The other 5 companies told me they were slammed due to the holidays. The tech was punctual and thorough which I really appreciated. I was expecting to pay an arm and a leg but thankfully their prices were very reasonable. So before all of this chaos began my husband and I had Air Max come out and check our a.c. as it hadnt been working properly or at least not as it usually does and we figured something was up. They did a diagnostic and said they could fix it but with it being as old it was (20+ years) that it may make more sense for replacement. Since these type of things get my husband all riled up I let him take the lead on it and he of course went for the most expensive one with all the bells and whistles. Not exactly what I wanted but the Air Max team was so fantastic that Ill let this one slide. Thanks again for everything and keep doing it you guys are amazing.

I was not originally planning on having a brand new Heating and AC system installed, since the one I had was fine just very old. I am very glad I chose to upgrade and have the system installed by them. I had other quotes but theirs by far was the best in terms of price. The crew they sent did a wonderful job as well. Im very impressed with the Lennox system i had installed. 10/10 job well done!

Ive been meaning to write this review for close to 6 months but just havent had the time until now. Air Max has to be the most professional heating and Air company out there. As far as contractors go I have used a ton and very rarely do they measure up to the quality and professionalism that Abe and his team displayed during my time dealing with them. Whether it was the fair price or the way they ensured my home was handled with care during the duration of the install, I was absolutely floored by the experience. If your considering Lennox or even another brand I implore you to contact Air Max and see what they can do before you make your decision. You will not regret it.

So quick with the phone call response as I left a voicemail on Saturday afternoon for a general tune-up of my system. Lots of good phone follow-ups including an offer to provide the tune-up services free of charge under a partnership with the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power. How often does a company surprise you with a call saying the service will be at no charge this time around. The day of service, they actually called to say they could come an hour earlier. Again, lots of great communication here and the work was performed professionally and now I can trust the air con unit I have to work hard for the rest of the warm season. The service tech, Jose, was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

The cost of the AC was the best price given out of 3 estimates. The process was seamless and the team was detailed oriented and well informed about the city permits.

Am retired building superintendent, I shopped around and asked other HVAC supers, they total me if I wanted the best as a homer The Lennox brand was my best choice.I had 4 different HVAC companies come over and give me estimate and gave them my scope of work for a completely new Central Air throughout from the attic to the Furnace.It was amazing on the different scopes of work I received and the total cost. Since I had 4 different scopes of work for only one type of HVAC system, I had to do my homework on each component and all the work related work.After my research and due-diligence on the components, only one HVAC company seems to understand what I looking for in a new central air system, that was Air Max all the other HVAC companies had NO idea what I was looking for.I call for an appointment for Air Max sales person to give an estimate based on my scope of work and my needs with a 2 story corner home.Abe, came out I showed him my concerns, my needs, and issues and we discussed them all and discussed the type of equipment that I was looking for. His suggestions were the same equipment I was researching of the Lennox brand. And most of his suggestion in regards to the issues with a 2 story home, being that 2nd story room is hotter than the downstairs rooms.On to the installation, they started on a very, very hot day Monday, Aug 7th. A crew of 2 techs and 1 trainee they work smart and hard the foremen Jose, was excellent, knowledgeable and work with pride the same with his partner Alex and the trainee was doing good too. They worked clean and organized and at the end of the day, they cleaned and ready for the next day.They finished up with a total of 3 and half days, on the 10th of Aug the A/C was work at maximum and the noise factor at the A/C condenser outside was quiet (you could have a conversation next to it and not know that it was on and cooling the inside of the house.To give you an idea for the next 3 weeks or so, possibly longer we had a heat wave 100 degrees + during the day and 80s in the night to the next morning, we had the A/C going 24/7 and you would think that the electricity would have been $500 + however, since all of the Lennox components are all energy efficient we have saved 38% and thats the truth.If you are considering to up-grade you A/C or install a brand new central air system please check out the Lennox brand Air Max installed the system the RIGHT WAY.Air Max is the only way to GO.No One is 100% but Air Max is 99%,

This company has various technicians in the cities they say they service. I scheduled an appointment, then the person called who was coming and got angry at me because I mentioned they are 3 hours late...

Bless you Air Max! My dad is elderly, in and out of hospitals - I did not realize how bad the house he lives in was, as far as the AC and roof issues were. Nothing was working properly, including the A/C. Your service tech came out and figured out what was wrong with our system. Plus he told me how to get quality referrals for roofers. A real help!

Air-Max HVAC did a terrific job installing 4 Lennox HVAC systems in the house with variable speed and advanced thermostats. Workmanship was professional PLUS - clean and workmanlike plus on time and on budget. No surprises. All followed through to make sure everything was up and running. Setting WIFI connection on thermostats was a bit complicated and Lennox should give better instructions to the system. Eventually all were connected and work beautifully. The variable speed systems are super quiet and seem very efficient. I highly recommend Air-Max HVAC for anyones project. They did a great job. The attic is cleaner than when they started plus all new ducting. Great job!

The most expensive service in the city.The guy showed up to tell me the heater would not work without thermostat. It took 2 minutes
