Ive always had anxiety about going to the dentist. Today was my first visit to Bettendorf Dental, I cannot express how much the staff and Dr. Nourahmed do care about your dental health. Friendly office staff, Suzy my tech or assistant for my appointment was awesome, very understanding and compassionate.Dr. Nourahmed charted out the whole treatment plan thoroughly and precisely. She was very professional in her explanations. Her skill for just a comprehensive examine should be well noted, no pain whatsoever, even with three cracked teeth.Best dental visit ever! I need to have three teeth extracted in the coming weeks and I have no anxiety about it whatsoever. This place cures that! A-1 Service and warm atmosphere make this the perfect place for those of us afraid of the dentist!

Found this dental clinic based on Google reviews. Was very impressed with their customer service and friendliness and care, accommodation to my schedule. The exam was well done, they were not rushing with it and showed on the screen and explained to me what needs to be done and what insurance allows and what my portion of the cost would be and asked me how I want to proceed. Where not pushing, provided reasonable, affordable prices. Next appointment got two fillings, which were entirely painless and very gentle process. So far was very pleased with everything no complaints.

I can not express how great and helpful everyone at this location really is. For the last few years they have really taken good care of my husbands mouth. All staff have always been nice, friendly, and always helpful. They explain things well and call after appointments to check on you. I highly recommend this dentist office!!!!

I used to clean my teeth somewhere, and my teeth used to hurt at least 2 months after the cleaning. I’ve been terribly afraid of cleaning my teeth, and Kinsey is very sensitive to that and goes the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. I had my second cleaning, and my teeth never hurt. This is the dentist for people who are afraid of the dentist. I don’t know why dentist visits stress me out so much, but they always have. It’d been an embarrassing number of years since my last dental exam, but the staff at this office were understanding and not judgmental at all. Suzy and Dr. N patiently explained everything and answered all my questions, and nothing has ever been painful. The whole staff is kind hearted. I’m so glad I found them!

Amazing staff! Everyone on the staff that I have talked to is very helpful, very friendly and makes sure that if you have a question that you get an answer. Got 3 teeth pulled yesterday and the staff was nothing but helpful and made sure I had no pain or anxiety in any form. They even called me today to check up and see how I was feeling/doing!

My daughter, age 5, is special needs, and we have had some traumatic dentist appointments in the past. Laurie, the dental assistant, was amazing right off the bat. She took extra time to go through everything, including Mr. Thirsty, and all the other instruments they would be using on my daughter. They let her touch the tools and get used to the idea of being in the dentists chair. It was such an amazing experience, I shed a few tears at the end. We have finally found our family dentist!!

I am a senior citizen and have experienced many different dental offices through the years. This was my first visit at Dr Dahl’s office and I have never received such gentle, caring treatment before. Everyone was smiling, kind and explained everything they were going to do. I had X-Rays and a cleaning as well as an exam by Dr Dahl and never felt the first bit of discomfort. They are amazing!!!

This group is AMAZING!!! It was my daughter first dentist appointment. The staff from the time we arrived made her feel welcomed. Lorie, our dental assistant, walked my daughter back and explained everything in the room. She let her touch some of the equipment so she wasnt afraid. I could see my daughters anxiety disappear. After Lori acclimated her to the room, she did the teeth cleaning. Lori continued to explain things as she did the procedures which was super helpful. Dr. Nourahmed then came in and continued the great service. Dr. Nourahmed explained everything to my daughter as well and to us. Although my daughter had some cavities (or sugar bugs, lol), the appointment was a success. My daughter even asked if she could go the dentist every week!!! Honestly, I used to hate going to the dentist. That is, until I found Bettendorf Dental. The office itself has a nice, warm atmosphere with plenty of things available to help calm the experience. From tv’s to blankets, if it helps you relax, odds are they have it. But what really sells this place for me is the staff. Everyone working in that office is incredibly friendly, caring, and fun. It wouldn’t be overselling it for me to say I used to think dentists were evil, but the staff here are phenomenal. I’ve never been to a dentist who actually cared about how I felt during the procedure - but the staff here are great with that. Anything that made me uncomfortable they were able to ease. They understood my anxiety and were able to help me make better decisions regarding my own tooth care. Dr. Nourahmed has been amazing to work with. She and her assistants have completely changed my mindset of dentists and dentistry around. A 5 star review really isn’t enough as I can not recommend them highly enough. If you are someone who has a lot of anxiety about even thinking of going to the dentist, this is the place for you. Even for just routine work they make sure that you are comfortable more than anything else. Bettendorf Dental is a shining ray of light when it comes to dentistry.

Brought my nervous daughter In for her 1st check up...she did great with the help of dentist and amazing staff!!

My rating is based entirely on the fact that the practice accepts Delta Dental insurance but is not a provider for Delta Dental. That explains why they file the claims and have the checks sent to the patient. It also explains why I have to now pay over $100 out of pocket for two basic old fashioned silver filings. The practice doesnt have to adhere or honor what the insurance company approves for the amount. So, they can bill whatever they want and you are on the hook for whatever the insurance company wont pay. If that had been explained to us we probably would have never started going there. Instead we were told, Yes, we take your insurance! My wife really likes Dr. Dahl but she will be finding another dentist ASAP. Be sure to ask more financial questions than I did!
