Receive a call from a debt collection today to tell me I owe this company 107$. I had service done back in may of 2020. When I called the woman who answered asked me if I had proof of the “online” payment. I do not. I asked if they would have proof in their system. No they didn’t. She stated they had a new system in which doesn’t have the information. All though my service was done and they also came back in the allotted time frame to do a re-spray and they had all that information. So please tell me how I got a re spray from a service I never paid for? Thanks advanced pest solutions for your service. I paid 80$ and now I have to pay 107$ for no reason. Very unprofessional.

Great company to hire for insect treatment! The office staff was very friendly and scheduled prompt service to handle our pest control needs. Kody was very knowledgeable and professional when he came to spray our house, and he offered advice and tips to keep our home insect-free. We discovered yellow jackets coming in to our basement office over a 2 week period. Initially I thought at first sight it was just a couple of small bees that found a way through a small hole or screen. But after further review I noticed they were yellow jackets. I found where they were coming in and tried to deal with them with some basic over the counter sprays. Well that was a joke. It didnt work. So I was referred to Advanced Pest Solutions by another local pest control company and Im glad I did. When I told Advanced what I had, they were literally out that afternoon!!! Within a few days of treatment, I was cleaning up over 300 dead yellow jackets. And they were coming through a hole no bigger than 12 mm. In fact they were so bad, Advanced came out a second time at no charge as they gave me a warranty for free. They treated again, and another 200 dead yellow jackets later...... Again they made it out on short notice and were very professional. I then decided to have them treat my home for all possible pests on a quarterly basis. They person they sent out did a great job and a thorough explanation of how and what they were doing. And the price??? Wow, it was a great deal and these folks actually answer the phone!!! I will continue to use Advanced Pest Solutions!!

We were having problems with paper wasps that, no matter what we did, kept returning to build hives on our deck. Since they came and sprayed, the wasps do not even seem to FLY into my yard!! Also, while they were here, they noticed how many ants were out front of our house. Turns out our front tree had carpenter ants, a TON of them. Gone too!! I had called several other companies, but Im so glad I went with Advanced Pest Solutions. They are priced right, friendly and have great service! They even squeezed us in just to take care of the bee situation, because Im allergic! Choose this company, and ask them about their quarterly program, you wont be sorry!

Was notified by the property management company that someone would be coming into all the units in our building for routine maintenance and I happened to be home when they came. The technician (Katie) arrived during the hours windows indicated on the notice form, was polite, courteous in my unit and around my belongings, worked efficiently, made small talk while she was working, and even took time to explain to me what she was doing (even though Im sure she is not required to). As a tenant, I am satisfied with my complexs decision to use this company.

I was able to get a quote over the phone, that was lower than I anticipated. Our service technician, Jeff, arrived right on time, got to work, and communicated with me what he found throughout the process. I was not ever upsold on anything or pushed to add services, so I paid the price I was quoted at and it included a warranty. I called them originally for bugs. Once Kevin came out and sprayed they were gone quickly. I then signed up for their maintenance program and they mentioned by signing up, they would take care of mice as we’ve had problems in the past.Shortly after, we saw evidence of mice and I called them. Kody was out the next day.He did a very thorough job setting traps and bait. He was very knowledgeable.I’ve been happy with both experiences and would recommend them to others. They were actually a referral from my brother in law.

We had a few issues in the past with German Roaches but one call to this company and the problem will solved in one service. It was kind of cool to see all the tools and gadgets they use for the service. Definitely couldnt buy all the gear for less than what they charge. I would recommend this company to anyone who is having an on going problem they cant seem to solve the issue by themselves.

What a terribly run company. Scheduled an appointment a week and half in advance and made special plans to be there when the person came to treat my house. 15 minutes past when the person was supposed to be at my house, I called to make sure they were still going to show up. I was informed I was removed from the schedule and they claimed they left me a voicemail earlier in the week to let me know. I don’t have time for unorganized and unprofessional companies. If you feel the same, TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE

Technicians are incredibly unprofessional and rude. Lady on the phone, Kara is extremely rude and unpleasant. Would not deal with this company again.

Their approach to bed bugs is all wrong. Our landlord uses them. Did not work. Contacted other companies. We were told they approach this all wrong. Now in the process of suing landlord and possibly them. For severe I gection from the bedbugs.

Had a roach problem had 2 other companies come to my house to spray for them after 2 months still had them. I called Advanced Pest Solution what a differance ,1 treatment gone. The tech was very professionial. I highly recommend them.
