James connected me with his engraver Aaron who gave me ideas along the way. We planned an engraved ring using the metal and diamonds from my grandma’s jewelry. Aaron’s hand-engravings turned out to be far more beautiful than I could have imagined and I will treasure this personalized ring forever. Aaron is incredibly talented.

I took my mother’s 70+ year old engagement ring to Revell Jewelry. It was badly misshapen, worn, and was missing its center diamond. My mom hadn’t worn it for years due to arthritis in her fingers, but I wanted to restore it. I picked it up today and it looks absolutely beautiful! I couldn’t be happier with the result. I now have a lovely heirloom keepsake to wear as a continual reminder of my parents.

During the covid I really struggled financially as many people did. I was able to take all my broken gold jewelry into Revells and get a fair price for it. The second time that I brought my stuff in the jeweler was really nice and fixed a broken ring for me for free. He definitely did not have to but I think he could see I was really super depressed that it was missing prongs and I hadnt been able to wear it for a long time and I definitely couldnt afford to get it fixed. I am so thankful for that Jeweler it makes my mom real happy that I have this ring fixed because she gave it to me. If youre in the market for great looking jewelry you should definitely visit Revells.

I’ve used Revell Jewelers for years, excellent place to shop and excellent people to do business with. They’ve always come through with what I needed when I needed it. My wife’s wedding ring is over 10 years old now and she still loves it. They clean it for free and inspect every time we bring it in.

I went to Revell Jewelers to have a custom necklace made. They included me in the whole process and the staff were very professional and friendly. I am very satisfied with the customer service they provided and extremely happy with my finished product.

My husband recently passed away and so I brought in his wedding band to get soldered to my rings. They were very caring and had the rings done in about an hour! Im so appreciative that I didnt have to go without my rings for very long. The staff here are always friendly and extremely helpful. Of course they polished the rings and they look brand new.

Revell fixed my ring and did an amazing job at an affordable price. I did not wear this ring because it had a notable gap between the band and diamond mount on one side. It looks so good now, I cannot tell which side they repaired.

Took in my wedding rings to replace a small garnet that had been lost. They were very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. When I picked up my rings they were so sparkling, I couldnt believe it! I had a Mother’s ring custom made for my mom, who had lost hers. The ring was a very unique design, and James produced an almost identical one based on a few grainy pictures and many back and forth emails. I would highly recommend Revel for custom work.

Went in looking for a engagement ring. They asked about her to really get a ring just for her. After finding multiple rigs that would be perfect I was able to make a custom ring from a two base models that I loved. The ring is absolutely beautiful and I’m so proud to be giving her this ring. They were amazing and did a wonderful job.

My ring turned out BEAUTIFUL!! They repaired the break in the band ( Ive been wearing it for 51 years) and it hasnt looked this shiney since it was new...it looks brand new again. They also reshaped it as it had become oval instead of round.

Ive had a few pieces made by James and he does simply gorgeous designs. The last piece of jewellery he made for me was a double heart design made with my wedding ring and my husband who died in August. He used my husbands fingerprint on one heart and a cross on the other heart. I couldnt be more happy with the design. I never take it off and I rub it all the time! Thak you James for everything!

I brought in my Grandma’s wedding rings to be repaired. Both needed to be re-shanked and one was missing a stone. Another jeweler was going to charge me more than double what Revell did. The sales consultant, Melissa, was very helpful and even noticed a partial engraving that the other jewelers didn’t see. I never noticed but it had his initials and their wedding date. They were even able to match the original font. They were married for a month shy of 53 years when Gram passed away. It feels like good luck to get married with her rings. Gramps passed away 2 years ago and seeing his initials in there almost made me cry. I would strongly recommend Revell Jewelers.

Great customer service. They took the time to let me find the right ring. I braught in my Greatmothers ring to be repaired but it was too far gone. The original had been pasted down to a 12 yr old orphan (my grandmother) down through the generations to my daughter at the age of 12. It was the only possession allowed to my grandmother at Annie Whittenmyer. It had been worn for over 100 years. We were able to update the design a bit and made two matching rings. One for my daughter to wear and give to her granddaughter..some day.....and one for her child who turns 12 next year. Thank you for helping me keep our tradition alive.
