Ive called many times no answer. Left messages and no return calls. I wanted price for above ground pool and cant even get that. I will take my business else where.

As far as Saunas are concerned, stay very far away.Sauna is dangerous as well as incredibly terribly made.Electronics are embarrassing, more robust systems are used in a space heater. Customer service was the worst I have experienced by a local US based company. First told me replacement parts were free and easily obtainable, then told replacement parts werent available.Unit worked for about 5 times before one controller went out. After emails back and forth finally was told no replacement parts available, would have to purchase a new sauna. I decided to use it with just one controller working, and got another 5 uses out of it before it started tripping circuits.Had to decide if I could repair it or maybe I could reuse the structure? Started taking apart wiring and found wrong sized wiring and connectors were used and thats dangerous as well as a sign of a cheaply made product.I wondered if structure could be re-used somehow, but unfortunately the wood is so thin and of poor quality that it would definitely not be usable. Every time I used the sauna, I need to put a nail or otherwise repair some part of the sauna. Trim falling off, seat boards cracking/splintering, door handle falling off.I see some good reviews, not sure if they are still in the first few uses part or hopefully they improved their product.Unfortunately I would stay clear of this company as this product is terribly made even if they improved the product, they dont stand behind their products. Makes me really wish I didnt buy this sauna, because instead of just going to a sauna or buying one, I kept thinking I have one, and just need to get it working. Unfortunately this thing is just completely garbage...

I tried to contact anyone at the business that would take my call for two weeks straight. I finally got ahold of them, I was told that I would be either the week I called or the next. I called a week later and they said it would be best to call someone else because they doubted they could get it done. Horrible service. I called another company and he set an appointment for the next day and was done within an hour.

I’ve been been looking into buying a sauna for sometime because of the health benefits. They were very informative and helped me pick out the perfect sauna. The staff was fast and efficient with the set up and showed me me how to operate my new sauna. I’m so happy with my new purchase! I recommend QC pools and spas if you’re wanting a sauna, hot tub or pool

We had them close our pool last year. I called many, many times asking them to close our pool. First time, the crew did not bring the cover we had ordered. Finally, after many promises but no shows, they showed up out of the blue unannounced while I was on the phone talking to Pleasure Pools who promised to come out the next week. Anyway, I got of that call and went out to talk to the workers. They complained the solar cover was full of leaves and water and they wouldnt empty it. I told them after all the broken promises I got tired of emptying them and to expect it to be pristine when they show up unannounced was unrealistic. So they relented, but dumped all the leaves and dirty water into the pool. Actually had the audacity to say the leaves would be fine come spring! They also did not put the cover on correctly and it blew off several time. This spring I opened the pool and spent hours upon hours fixing their mistakes. 4 leaks resulted from improperly draining the tubes. The leaves and dirty water were a nightmare to clean. QCA had installed our pool 15 years ago and we were happy with them until this. Their excuse was Yeah, we are busy. Not an acceptable excuse for not keeping customers informed. We are now with Pleasure Pools and they far exceed QCA Pools! Knowledgeable, professional, and responsive. I would never ever go back to QCA!!

I purchased a pool and placed a deposit back in April. The company has since been unresponsive almost to the point of criminality. They have not fulfilled a fraction of their contract and I am now in process of trying to get my deposit back and finding a pool company with some shred of integrity. I wouldnt buy a fish tank from these clowns.

We got the sauna put together and have already started using it. Everything looks good we really appreciate the way you do business and the quality of your Saunas. Your customer service is awesome!

I bought a house that came with a hot tub. I have never owned one and knew nothing about the maintenance. The staff was very friendly and explained everything I needed to know. They also got me the replacement parts I needed. Couldnt have been happier with the experience.

The chrome rings on the jets rusted first year, the tub doesnt stay hot in cold weather, they😩 always have an excuse for everything, tThe tube is in its second season, after filling it I noticed water coming from underneath, took the side off and water was gushing from the pump seal, also the flimsy insulation on the side fell offf when side removed. not happy with hot tube. This is our third form other dealers and never had a problem.

We purchased our Spa from QCA Pools & Spas about 4 years ago and have been happy with them from the start. From the first time meeting Jim and working with him to custom order our Spa, to the install, to all follow up questions weve had since. We have yet to have a bad experience whatsoever.Early on when we received our Spa, we had an issue with one of our control panels. A service tech was sent out and the faulty item was replaced free of charge. There was also an issue with our access panel, as well as a couple of side panels, both of which were replaced at no charge. We did not expect nor ask anything of this sort, that was just the level of customer service they provided!Any time weve gone in to speak someone, the staff have all been extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They always take the time to go through any questions or concerns we may have, not to mention encourage bringing in water samples to better address problems we might be having.I would most definitely recommend QCA Pools and Spas!!

Dont listen to people who only give 1 star, they just like to complain. We LOVE QCA Pools and Spas and they have treated us like A+ customers from the beginning. We have an in ground pool with a water slide and its always been a great experience with them. The owner even drops off chemicals for us on his way home so we dont have to drive to the store. We love Jim and his entire staff.

Certainly sad seeing that this company does not back their products. A person used them to install a new liner and it was poorly installed. Now the company is refusing to stand behind their work. Ill be taking my business elsewhere as I will not support a company that lacks integrity.

Id first like to say that this is written from my experience with this company and pertains to the customer service that I have received up to this point, which means, I do not expect them to do anything about my issues because they have done nothing to this point. We purchased an above ground pool in August and had it installed on the 19th. Issues with the install include, but are not limited to, poor explanation of the process, rude installation crew, leaving garbage from the product piled in the back yard and breaking my fence with no notification that it was broken and not secured again properly. It was my neighbor that made us aware of this issue when they had to remove it from their yard. No phone calls or contact from the sales staff the day of installation or instruction of when the chemicals were going to be supplied to open the pool. Once i had made contact with the company, two days after install, they were made aware of this and charged us for the chemicals which were not initially agreed upon and charged us for the city permit which was not discussed. Second and probably the most important area of concern is the mountain of dirt left in may yard and the way it was left resulted in water coming into my basement. When we had another company come to remove the dirt he stated that he knew the owner of the company and said, there is no way that the owner knew the job was completed like this and there is no way he would be okay with you as a customer being left like this. Following that, there were many attempts to contact the owner of OCA Pool and Spa with ZERO! response from the owner or sales personnel. My wife did get lucky and contacted another of the sales team approximately 3 weeks following the install at which time these issues above were talked about and it was reported that they would get back to us. That took place almost 3 weeks ago and we have received ZERO! response again from sales personnel or the owner whom we would be very interested in speaking with since the initial concerns. It is terribly frustrating to put so much time and effort into such a costly venture and have ZERO help provided by the company. There were so many ways and opportunities for these issues to be corrected or at least addressed and they have dropped the ball on every level. I will not hesitate to share this experience with anyone who inquires about my pool or the place it was purchased and installed by. I wish I could share the pictures that were taken of the condition of my yard which would explain why I am completely unsatisfied with the experience from this company.
