I made a mistake on one stamp order, and then when I sent a corrected order, the stamp I received was too small for my purposes. I contacted customer service and received a personal reply shortly thereafter, with the offer to FULLY REFUND my purchase once I sent back the 2 unusable stamps. I ordered a 3rd, larger stamp, and am looking forward to receiving it. The quality of the work is very good, and I have been impressed by the level of service provided.

Store hours are supposed to be until 5pm on Friday. I drove across town only to find at 4:22 they’re closed with no indication for reason to close early. Total waste of my time. I’ll do my business online now as I am not going to risk this happening again and I shouldn’t have to call to make sure they’re going to be open during their regular business hours.

Ive already bought two stamps from them online. Both of my experiences were great! The process is super easy, the stamps are good quality (and look exactly as you would expect given your graphics submission) and are shipped across the US very quickly! Definitely recommend!

Quick and exactly what I ordered. However, any mistakes made (such as slightly off font size) will be there, so any errors in the design are on the user. A little expensive if desired within 1-5 business days. Good quality permanent stamp.

Pretty terrible customer service. I spent quite awhile creating some custom stamps on their website. More than two business days later (!!), they sent me an aggressive email asking for me to fax reams of documentation about logo copyrights. (Who even uses a fax machine anymore?)Found a competitor website who accepted the order with no issues for a lower price.Would recommend shopping around to anyone looking to purchase from this website. There is no excuse for such poor customer service in this day-and-age.

I was VERY impressed with the quality and the price when I ordered a custom return address stamp for my company. I was able to easily upload my own logo and it came out beautifully. The shipping was fast and we just finished stamping 1,000 invitations with our new branded return address stamp! Definitely recommend this site :)
