About as good as a carwash can get. Always clean. Everything always works. And there is an attendant on duty every time Ive been there.

I had did the self wash at this establishment. I put five dollars into the machine and soap down my truck. I then went to go get another 5$ worth of quarters to put in the machine. Before putting the second five dollars into the machine I was knocking the ice off of my bed of my truck. I had the associate or so-called owner pull open the door and said I had to leave because I wasn’t putting money in the machine. I had explain to him that I already put five dollars in and I was just knocking off the ice before I was going to put the other five dollars in the machine. He then got all fired up and I just said OK I understand. And proceeded to wash the rest of my truck. I was there maybe a total of 15 minutes. The owner/associate Harassed me and was not professional whatsoever. This will be the last time I will go to this establishment.

Well maintained facility in a safe neighborhood that never makes you feel rushed. I like using the self-serve power wash bays that let me do the scrubbing, and definitely appreciate that they are heated during winter months.

The touch less wash does a pretty good job. I prefer the wash with the scrubbers as they get practically all of the water stains off.

I’ve been going here for awhile. I washed my car this Saturday morning and when I hit stop it said final charge $5, because the minimum is $5 doesn’t matter if you wash your car for 1 minute. I checked my account they took $10 not $5. Ended up paying $40 for a car wash. Might be cheaper going to one of those monthly subscription places to clean your car. These power wash car wash places are over priced to do a hand wash.

This car wash maintains a clean facility. It offers both self-wash bays, touch-less and “soft touch” bays. There is an attendant on duty most hours. They also have vacuums for use for a nominal fee. It’s hard to make a car wash sound exciting but it’s a nice facility and they accomplish the services they offer.

Easy to get to and the wait times once in awhile is not bad

If I could rate them lower I would. Where do I start? I just used their self service bays to wash my 2500. I couldnt even get all the way around my truck pre-rinsing it before my initial time ran out. Time ran out again after putting in another $2 before I was done washing it (I thought it was getting washed anyway). I put another $3 in and time ran out before I could get all of the soap rinsed off. I swiped my card (because Im out of quarters at this point) - it limited out ($10!) before I could finish the spot-free rinse so I swiped again (thats the trick for them isnt it? They know youll finish once youve started so theyre just gouging you at this point), finished, and hit the stop button well before it maxed... my account shows another $10 charge. As I get in my truck to leave, theres still bird poop on my rear door. I get home and look at it in the driveway - bird poop spots everywhere, bus didnt come off, its streaky and dirty everywhere. Its not clean. I paid nearly thirty bucks to poorly rinse my truck at this place. Youre better off just spitting on your vehicle and using the money for beer if thats the result youre looking for. This place is robbery.

Provides an excellent touchless wash and wax at a reasonable price. They could provide a longer blow drying time.

Sat while some guy hand washed his truck while me and at least 2 other cars waiting and the attendant was to busy cleaning his truck out to notice!!

What you would expect from any reasonable automatic car wash. Dryer did not show time countdown and was not visible. $10 wash did a good job on my car.

Always has issues taking debit cards. Need to address this before I return.

Wednesday they have two xollars off the power wash. Does a good job on the car.

They got rid of their upholstery shampoo and that doesnt make me happy.

Ive been taking my vehicles here for several years. Its always clean and well-maintained. Definitely my favorite car wash in the area.

I have been a resident of Bettendorf for the past five years and have not been tailed this profusely thus far. However, the attendant or perhaps the owner found it necessary to do so. Forgive me for leaving behind a single leaf behind! He actually came to the trash can where my vehicle was parked to throw it away and monitor our usage of the vacuum. He also washed down the bay we had previously used for reasons I am unsure as we left it in the same condition. Personally, I will not be returning and find another place where we can clean without being watched like a criminal.

Machines have always worked for us. They keep the bays clean. Prices seem to be in check with competition.

Best car wash place in the qca. Not the cheapest however I dont mind spending the extra on heated bays, cc reader and all the options.

Nice place well kept

Have used this place for years, the prices went up on the vacuums (from $0.25 to $1.00) that is the only reason for 4 stars. Aside from that this place is great.
