I have to say Im so disappointed. I had went through Nelson Brothers before and I had excellent service so I decided to go back to them. The insurance agent never responds and when she finally did send me my quotes Ive had no response after. Ive called the office and I guess that does nothing.

I recently switched over and it was an easy transition. My agent Erika gave me all the information I needed and I didn’t have to ask many questions. The process was done over the phone and through email which was very convenient. Not only was the switch from another insurance agency very easy to do, it was quick and a money saving move. I was insured through Nelson Brothers for about 15 years. Linda was my agent. When I recently needed a new quote, after an unannounced rate increase on my auto policy, Linda asked if I wanted her to get quotes from other insurance companies. I told her to do that, but I didnt hear from her again. I called on another matter recently, and spoke to someone else, and she was very helpful, but she finally had to refer my question to Linda. Again, no response. Im now insured through Geico, and saving about $25 per month.

Erika was very friendly, but they take too long to respond back regarding inquiries on your policy/ new quotes. Had to follow up regarding a refund for our home insurance - took the associate a week to respond.Non competitive rates and surprisingly slow response times for an insurance agency would lead me to not recommend.
