We love our home! The space is gorgeous! We especially love the subway tile, high ceilings, dark floors and crisp white finishes. The neighborhood is fantastic and we enjoy jumping onto the bike path right outside our patio doors! The Advance Properties team is a joy to work with. They are kind, attentive and professional. I rented from Advance Properties for over a year and a half. Walls are thin, but that is to be expected. For the most part the neighbors were quiet. Maintenance team was great, friendly, and fast at repairs. Overall, I enjoyed my experience there. I would recommend, and have recommended to quite a few friends.

Been living at the candlelight colony building for nearly two years. Friendly neighbors, for the most part quiet, and tenets just mainly keep to themselves. Landlords are friendly is quick to fix things when needed.

Its funny. Iowa-Illinois termite and pest control constantly rips these guys off and gives them like $5000 bed bug treatments when they never actually found bed bugs. They just tell Advanced that they did. I dont even wanna know how much money they make off them.Youre good people, advanced, but Bob and Guy rob you guys blind on a monthly basis.

Not impressed at all. Had to take cold showers the water would be hot for about 2 minutes then turn to cold . The maintenance men didn’t know what they were doing at all . They would have a different one come and fix something different every time. The one maintenance guy came to fix my dryer and lost his phone for over 2 hrs inside my dryer. Neighbors threw cigarettes all on ground and had their kids screaming and crying loud so I couldn’t open my windows. Bad neighborhood on Ripley with the liquor store . Had lots of stuff stolen from my area(bikes, grill and etc) would not recommend the area.

We enjoyed our apartment. They were easy to work with and always quick to fix anything we needed taken care of.

One of the few property management companies I actually enjoyed renting from. Always fixed things for me right away, charged reasonable rent, and made things right when I needed to pass my lease off when I was relocating.
