I think they did a nice job on our taxes; however, They charged way too much and what is more important is because it was deadline to file your taxes the company imposed a last minute fee! SMH!

I have been with Brenner since 1968, I believe...Dan Shapiro is a gentleman, and Mario the receptionist is as well...I do not go there empty handed...a cakes await them...I am not pleased if they insist on raising the fee to the extend it maked no sense to return..I have a great number of former students who are CPA, and would gladly take over..ciao!

Accurate returns but it will cost you.

My tax preparer, Dan, is very professional and good.I think, however, that the way the company keeps pushing for the prices of the service to go up-they WILL lose a lot of clients!!!I hope the powers that be realize that the average person that comes to a store front tax prep company only get an average of a 3% raise per year (and are basically living paycheck to paycheck)- how the hell can they afford to pay 26% or more for the same service with no changes each year!!!

Our accountant Mr.Dan Shapiro has been our tax advisor and preparer for over 10 years. He is both thorough andaccurate. My wife and I know year after year he will be there for us. Very dependable gentleman.

Linda Riviera is a great accountant

This was our second year with Daniel Shapiro and R&G Brenner. The change in their physical location was a little confusing, but once we were there it was the same great experience. Daniel explained things clearly and was very patient while we broke down certain numbers. He also looked out for us in terms of getting the lowest possible fee. We would definitely do business with him and R&G again!

I have been using R&G Brenner for a number of years and they are quick and courteous. My prior tax prep had recommended them when he retired.

I am disappointed and up set. Mr.Shapiro has been our accountant for the past decade. To find out that our Tax return fee went up so much is very upsetting . We have refer so many people to R&G Brennan . Because weknow so many people that get their taxes done at R&B and the fees are not fair also not consistent . My MOm and My sister use to pay the same and now one went up $85.00 and the other only 40.00 . What are you thinking ?What are you doing ? I can tell that R&G Brenner does not care about their clients.. It is ok to raise your fees but to what extent, My friends , My boys, a lot a people will have to find other places to do their taxes. I

I give it 5 stars for service but the new form pricing is too expensive. Not sure if I will be returning next year. 🤔

Knowledgeable service

Every thing works well except the price charge is much higher than I expected. For this reason, I may leave R&G next season. I have been R&G customer for more than 20 years. I’m now retired and living in fixed income. I can find other company do my work in $300-400 range.

I called at the last minute and asked if they could see me. I was told that if I came right now there would be no wait. I was seen right away and was in and out within 15 minutes with a higher than expected refund. I am recommending R&G Brenner, and especially Linda and Dan, to everyone I know!
