I was impressed not only with the cleanliness of the building and superb security, but also with the above-and-beyond customer service. The manager greeted me, took the time to show me several units and patiently answer all my questions. He explained all the pricing details and was very transparent about all the costs involved, which was not the case with other facilities I visited. Everyone there was warm and welcoming, and I was overall very impressed with the place. Its a lovely facility!

5 stars but here are the pros and cons...THIS PLACE IS WORTH ITThe best storage place Ive ever used... Jay and Gil are really helpful getting started and patient answering my questions. Very accommodating, friendly, excellent customer service. The facility is VERY clean compared to other newer places in the area. The AC was cold all summer, doesnt feel like a dungeon. Restrooms are clean.Only complaints are that a pallet doesnt fit through either of the entrances inside. Maybe the sliding door can be opened manually all the way, but the office was closed when I tried to move a pallet sized cart inside. The lights shut off inside after 10 or 20 minutes and the motion sensor is down the hall about 30 feet from my unit. Kind of annoying.My worst complaint...NO CELL SERVICE INSIDE ON 2ND FLOOR

I just rented 2 units, I love this place, it’s very clean and modern. Gil and Beatrice are very professional and courteous. They go the extra mile to satisfy the customers. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends. Thanks guys, Andy Grullon

This is such a great facility. First, it looks and feels brand new which it very well may be, but the staff here are terrific. Ive been helped by both Gil & Jay and they both are such kind, helpful people. I was able to transfer to a larger unit with ease and Gil helped with the transaction and Jay even offered to help me move some of my items. These guys are great!

I have been renting a 10X20 unit since September 2020. The facility is extremely clean and access in and out of the facility/unit is a breeze. I was able to find the right size unit through Gil, the on-site manager. Whenever I visit the unit, Gil has been cheerful and a pleasure to interact with. I highly recommend this facility.

First time needing a storage space, everyone there is so nice and helpful, clean facility, they made sure we werent overspending on a unit too large for our needs. Overall a great experience and Im glad we chose CubeSmart. We wanted to save a little bit of money so went with a 2nd floor unit. Another renter was moving their stuff out. We had to go back and forth a bit to chose a unit and then secure it all while the other renter was going back and forth. The elevator was so quick it wasnt a problem at all.Edited to add- here we are at move out and Im still thrilled. Jason saw my husband and I moving things out yesterday (Sunday) and asked if we would be moving out that day. We werent sure. He said it wasnt a problem and just to leave him a note if we finished and the office was closed, he confirmed our unit number as we chatted in the hall. We ended up finishing and I forgot paper so I figured Id call this morning. Just as Im going to sit and get on my morning tasks I see an email confirming our move out! I didnt have to call and Jason remembered our unit number and followed up with out me checking. Great service. I HIGHLY recommend CubeSmart but especially the Bethpage location. Service like that is what creates loyalty and recommendations.

The Cube Smart location is a fairly new building and is spotless. This place is so well maintained it is impressive. On top of that when moving in the space I rented which was huge wasnt big enough and we needed additional space. The office was able to rent my another space in the near vicinity to the first. This made loading easier on the moving company and ultimately my pocket.

I got an indoor unit. The place is new and clean. Well lit. GREAT air temps. GREAT price for my unit. Clean bathrooms on every floor. Carts at both ends of the building. Gil and Jason are an amazing team, playing off of each other and making customers laugh. Ive found no better customer service anywhere. The whole experience was smooth and easy and our stuff is now safely stored away.

It is the first time using a storage unit. I had many issues with my moving process and furniture that could not fit in the basement of the new house. Jason at Bethpage location was very helpful and CubeSmart was very flexible as I change my unit types 3 times. The company looked for ways to save me money as I had to take on a second unit storage. When I arrived with the moving company, Jason greeted us, showed us the units and ensured that all was going well.

Quick and easy to rent storage space. Spoke with Jason on the phone and closed the deal in-person with Gil. Both were professional, easy to deal with. Place is clean and convenient to get to.

From the moment we walked in I was impressed with the facility and especially with Gil (the manager). I was unsure of what I needed and changed my mind a couple of times about room size and location. Gil responded with patience and went out of his way to ensure that I was happy with my choice. He had to follow up with me several times (as did Jason, another superstar!) and always made time to answer my questions in a courteous, professional way. Gil is a great example of customer service done right.

My wife, Angela, and I worked Gil to set up our storage unit. He was super helpful and patient as we went back and forth about our needs/expectations with getting a storage unit. The actual facility is super clean and there are plenty of carts available for use. Also, lots of hand sanitizer available near entrances.
