I asked questions and they were answered in terms I could understand.When the expected time to pick up my Jeep came, it was all ready. My grandparents have been coming here since John opened down the block from them many many many years ago. I myself have always taken every car to them. The best thing about them? You’ll never have the same problem twice. They’re fair, they explain what’s happening with your car , in terms a regular joe can understand. The work is quality and if something isn’t needed, unlike other places, they will tell you what should be fixed, and what can wait. The prices are fair for the market without any over charging. John has been my go to guy for years and at this point I consider him family for all the honesty and quality work he’s done. He’s worked with me when I needed major work and always made sure my vehicle was safe and working. I don’t care if you live in Ronkonkoma, if you can get your car to John, you’ll see why they’ve been in business all these years. I don’t know what else to say, fair prices, friendly demeanor, no bull and no upselling, overcharging or lying. Sometimes you might not like the truth, but at least you’ll get it with John. And if there’s a cheaper way while still maintaining quality work, this is the shop to find it.
