Went in for brake repair. Called early in the morning dropped off my car. Was given a ride back to my home, work was done fast and really well. Called with the price and got my car back the same day.Tom was great. Friendly. Did an excellent job on my Ford Fusion. Would definitely go back to have my car serviced by him anytime.

The guys at Tomco are extremely friendly and helpful. I had a slow leak in my tire and they were able to help me immediately. I will definitely be back if needed!

They did not charge me for road assistance and only did for the battery change. I recommend Tomco to anyone having car issues or in need of a simple oil change. My car knowledge is very little and Tommy and the others at Tomco always explain to me what is going on. Prior to coming to Tomco, I took my car to another place for an oil change and they claimed I had so many issues. I left and brought it to Tomco and they did not mention any of those issues. You can TRUST Tomco and will not be ripped off. Prices are very reasonable, as well. Also, I always wait for my car during an oil change. They are very prompt and make sure you are taken care of. Highly recommend!

Had them change the radiator in my golf months ago during the winter. As it warms up I decided to turn on the AC and nothing but hot air. Turns out they drained the system as on most european cars the cooling stack is difficult to service without complete removal. I can tell the refrigerant was never replaced but touched because both caps are missing and there was Zero pressure in the system, yet holds pressure now. They also did not properly purge the coolant system, or were too lazy to top it up completely as it was and still is low. Additional clips were not properly put back on, If they didnt break them. Typically they do great work but seriously disappointed this time.

There are still great people out there - my check engine light went on while I was in the area. I saw this repair shop and asked if they could have a look for me. Turns out they were closed already but they still took a look at my car. Thankfully it was something minor and I was on my way in less than 10 minutes. Amazing!

I went for an All State insurance inspection The way I was treated today was highly unacceptable. The rudeness and lack of courtesy were at levels I have never experienced before. Major thumbs down for this place. Take some advice, give your business to an auto repair repair shop thats more deserving.

Unfortunately, I Recomemded this place to a great friend, I know one of the mecanics there ,she took her 2008 BMW X5 and got taken advantage. She was charge $1450 for work that was not done furthermore, the work that was done was not the work she came in for . She complaint from the very begining and was told that they fixed the oil leak which was the problem she came in for .She got home and her brand new driveway was stained from an even greater leak .(all they did was put am oil stop leak additive.)She called them out, took her car to a certified BMW mecanic and upon inspection was told that Tomco mecanics clearly damaged her vehicle.She called TOMCO back and was told no refunds and was told bring car back to be fixed she told them, no way you are touching my carThey could have apologize and refunded her some of the money but they refused, the work done on the car was more $800 this place sucks, they could have done better....

Im very upset I purchased a Nissan Sentra 2013 on June 2nd, 2020 the minute I have the car I started to have problems Tomco knew the transmission was bad and they claim they changed it twice, and if they did they probably put a bad one. I only have the car for 6 months and I gave them my trust I even purchase new tires from them and did my oil change. I will never recommend this business to anybody

I visited Tomco more out of desperation as I had a nail in my tire and it being Thanksgiving weekend, I was in a bind. Since I have a new car, normally the dealer handles it as part of their basic care, but for work not covered, I have used other mechanics in Bethpage since they are closer and I can walk. Having said that, I was quite pleased with customer service they not only provided me, but every other guest. Yes, I had a very simple issue, but they treated me very kindly and were super fair and honest that I will now start to go here for mechanical work not covered by my car dealer.

I have known Bob & Tom for years. They run an absolute top notch, professional operation. Just today I brought in my Escape with an exhaust leak close to the engine. Bob called within an hour verifying the problem, the solution, total cost and when it would be ready. But this is what they always do: They assess the problem quickly (and correctly all the time) & inform you of the estimate. They have top notch mechanics who do quality work. Bob & Tom are there to supervise, confirm & advise their clients. They are very professional & courteous. Great to know we have a shop in the neighborhood that is trustworthy and does quality work.Keep up the great work guys!

I have a 2013 Hyundai Tuscan that TomCo has been servicing from the beginning. With every car once it goes over 50000 miles you need to put some money into it for normal wear and tear. Bob helped me with this. We prioritized and did a full service in 2 visits. My car went from feeling like a car getting old to a car feeling like brand new. No more squeaks. No more hesitation. Just a smooth ride. I 100% recommend anyone to bring their cars to TomCo. They are professional. They do a great job. And most important they are honest. 5 stars for TomCo. 3/13/18 Another set of jobs on our trucks... We have some VIP cars and big rigs for pulling production and set trailers. My mom, who lives in a senior citizen apartment in Bethpage, fell on the ice near her car last Saturday. I called random businesses in Bethpage, asking for someone to please clear the ice. All were unavailable until I called Tomco. He immediately offered to help. I asked him what the charge would be and he told me to set the price. I offered $50 which he agreed to. He was at my moms apartment in 15 minutes. He cleared the ice and treated the area, chopping away at the the thick black ice. A few minutes later he called my cellphone, telling me that he wouldnt charge for the service. He said it was his good deed for the day. In this era of price gouging and lack of civility, this was truly an example of humanity and good will. Toms generosity is an inspiration to all of us.

Dont go to this repair shop. They tell you one price for repairs and after you go for car or pick it up, tjey hit you with additional charges you didnt agree to and have no prove they did or needed them. They are CROOKS. DISHONEST.

The Bethpage repair shop said a transmission flush was necessary, so I had him do the work. Unbeknownst to me, it leaked immediately for the next two weeks out of the front pump and destroyed my transmission. He originally said they would drop the pan and then once I complained that the car seized, he said they NEVER drop the pan however, it was in writing on my invoice. The owner refused to take any responsibility. I would definitely NOT recommend this shop. I lost $1,000.00 for his work plus my transmission.

PRICEY!I went in for an inspection and oil change on a 2015 car. I was told that my air filters bounced back as no good- I agreed to change them. I was also charged for new windshield wipers when I was not asked if I want them. I didnt have an issue with my old wipers and would have said no. He posed it as we got your car all ready for winter!...In the end, I was charged a whopping $215. Very overpriced. After doing some research, it is possible to pass a car with dirty filters. There doesnt seem to be anything wrong with the work itself- but their business morals need some reevaluating.
