From the beginning working with this company they were very professional. Gave me the best quote around. There work was fast, clean and very good quality. They cleaned up after the job site and did a very good job overall. The only reason for the 4 stars because I had to call multiple times for my quote and then when I accepted the job I had to follow up to see when they would complete the job. Their communication could have been a little better. I had to call the day before to find out the time they were coming. Communication needs a little bit of work but besides that work was great! Now waiting to turn on the system.

Our house was stuck at 86 degrees with pets in the house, and no other HVAC company in the area even picked up the phone on a Sunday. GMG picked up first call, and was there within 6 hours. Professional, efficient, and very fair & flexible pricing. Would recommend to anyone!

Really appreciate Andrew and the team, they saved the day on a Holiday weekend when no one else could. Our AC went out and within a few hours of calling for help they were over to diagnose the problem and fix our AC issues. This weekend, our AC suddenly stopped working- we called and they were able to come out within a couple of hours to help- and thankfully were able to get our AC working again! What a fabulous experience I had with GMG Hvac Inc. That in itself is amazing to say when your a/c breaks down in July. Came the day I called, came on time, zeroed right in on the problem, fixed it and charged a very fair price. Andrew called the next day to be sure all was still well and comfortable in my home. I looked at the reviews on this company before I called them. Saw they were known for their honestly. That’s what I wanted and certainly what I got - in addition to professional, quality service.

His work was neat, his partner on the job was also very knowledgeable, and he clearly explained how everything worked and answered any questions we had. Andrew and his staff saved the day. When we lost PSE&G power for almost 7 days When the power came back on it blew out one of our 5 ton A/C Units 2 days before our sons wedding. We immediately called Andrew @ GMG HVAC and he was able to secure a new 5 ton A/C unit the next day ....one day before the wedding.... while doing our new A/C installation PSE&G Lost our power again. Our Suffolk CountyLegislator Rob Trotta Heard about our misfortune, called me and he then followed up with PSE&G. While this is all going on Andrew & Staff are installing the unit hope that we get power again. Legislator Rob Trotta came through big time, we got electric and by 9PM GMG HVAC got us going.Additionally, Andrew said if didn’t get power until early Friday morning to let him know so that he would finish the installation before 7am. I couldn’t ask more from Andrew, even if he was one of our sons. And special thanks goes to Suffolk County Rob Trotta. Keep the Faith🙏

Great service, my Central AC unit shut down today, and I searched on google for a teach, and doing GMG 24-7 service, I called them at 5pm to schedule an appointment for emergency service, they put me in for 9 pm, then I called back and cancelled because I thought I had fixed the issue by switching my thermostat, then I figured out my condenser wasn’t turning on but the Fan was on, then I called them at 9pm and they still came out on a Saturday night and fixed it, life savers, now I can sleep nicely with my house cool and my kids happy! Definitely sending referrals their way and the price is very reasonable, specially for the type of service I received.

Incredible service. Honest and reliable. Ended up needing a new upstairs unit....affordable! 2 service guys came and within 6 hours my new unit was up and running. They were clean and the nicest guys. The owner is a sweetheart who is very knowledgeable and honest and very easy to work with. Considering my AC konking out mid July which is the height of their season, this process was quick, easy and painless! Totally recommend!

I had a very loud banging coming from my gas burner. I asked Facebook for recommendations and GMG HVAC was repeatedly the response so I called. They had someone out to my home that day to check out the issue. Thank goodness because it turns out, we had a dangerous situation. 2 men (both named Joe) we’re back the next morning and finished the job by 4 pm. They were personable, punctual, honest and very reasonably priced. They went above and beyond to make sure I understood what was wrong and what they were doing. I’d definitely recommend them and would use their services again if needed.

Professional service at a reasonable price. Customer service is excellent. They understand my needs and get the right people to do the job. They also communicate well with my GC regarding residual painting that needs to be done. They always clean up after themselves leaving job site clean and neat. They pay attention to details.

Ive used GMG for two years for routine maintenance and always found them to be reasonably priced and professional. We recently called for a quote to see about adding a zone to our house as weve have discrepancies in our house. Andrew came right on time and did a full walk through to really understand what our issue was rather than just looking at what we were asking for. In the end, while he said he could absolutely do what we were requesting information about, he discouraged us from doing so as the cost to us, etc he felt wouldnt make sense for us. Instead, he took the time to explain a few different things to us that we could make work with our existing systems.What a joy to have a professional who is so clearly qualified be just as clearly out to really help you rather than just take your money. I would highly recommend Andrew and GMG to anyone looking for great HVAC people.

Great service! Andrew took my call at 7:30pm and came within the hour, figured out the issue and got my heat up back again. Also VERY AFFORDABLE. He offers a 30 day labor service warranty meaning if he fixed somthing and it still gave a problem, hell come back to fix for free. Awsome stuff. He knows his stuff and will highly recommend him.

What a great experience! My boiler stopped working suddenly, Id turn the heat on and noticed the flame wouldnt start in the boiler, as I have gas heating. There were a few cold nights coming up so I called GMG HVAC Inc. on a Friday and Andrew scheduled me in. He was polite, on time, and came on a Friday evening, all of which I was grateful for, as this was my first experience with this company. Andrew took a look and explained to me with great patience and in detail the reason behind the flame being out. I was very impressed with his knowledge in the field of heating, and he answered all of my questions as he showed me what button to press to reignite and restart the boiler when in windy days the chimney can bring in air that can put out the flame. Upon asking him how much the bill was of what I owed him, he said he wouldnt charge me. Not only was I truly impressed with the exceptional service I received, but also with the quality of professionalism that Andrew represented for his family business. I have already without hesitation recommended GMG HVAC Inc. to my family and co-workers, and myself will gladly use their services again.
