These guys are professional and fast. Fast as in, they showed up in the morning, 3 hours later and the tree was almost taken down. A HUGE sycamore tree in my backyard. They ground the stump, too. Contact them, free estimates, honest answers. Read your contract, settle up on a date, youre good to go. I will use them again!

I truly appreciated Jacobs responsiveness. He responds to emails unlike many other contractors, which makes it easier for me. The estimate was very thorough and prioritized the health of the trees and shrubs. The crew was on time, very professional, did a great job, got everything done in 8 hours. Jacobs Tree care is phenomenal. First, Jacob came to do the estimate. Although he was not the cheapest, he was the most knowledgeable and specific as to what he would be doing and why. We had a large (50-60 ft) 3-section black locust removed from our back yard. On the day of the job, Jacob showed up to introduce me to his foreman and then the crew went from there. Their attention to detail, to safety and care was really something else. They were friendly, courteous and highly skilled. They worked their tails off too. Although they drove a truck into our backyard, the only sign of them being there is the stump where the tree used to be. I told my wife this is probably the best money Ive spent in a long time.

They are not inexpensive but they are very professional. They were also very tidy and did not harm the rest of my shrubs while they trimmed my trees.

Jacob responded very quickly to my request for an estimate and met with me to discuss the tree work I was looking to have done. Jacob is very knowledgeable and professional and took the time to explain and discuss exactly what he was proposing to do and why. He put together an estimate and soon after I scheduled work for pruning of a large maple tree that was encroaching on my house and also the planting of a new tree. Jacobs communication was excellent from beginning to end, the cleanup was outstanding, the work was done in a very quick but safe manner and it was surprisingly less noisy than I had expected. I would recommend Jacob for any tree work.

I am very happy with all the work Jacobs did at my home. They replied to emails promptly and were very accommodating. When they arrived all the workers were very neat and in uniform and the trucks and equipment were very clean. They worked hard all day only taking half hour for lunch. Definitely will be using them again.

Im a resident of the Lehigh Valley for the last 5 years. I used Jacob and his team for not one, but two jobs on my property last month. They were punctual, professional and awesome to work with. Jacob immediately returned my inquiry, and showed up to survey the work within 24h. I then had a written quote within 24h. They were a little busy, so it took ~3 weeks for my first job to get done, but the second job was an emergency and that was done VERY quickly. Great work. Nice guys. Smart and skilled and professional!Equally impressed with their cleanup. They immediately left it looking nicer than it was before they came. Compared to a couple neighbors, who’s stumps and large branches were left in the yard for quite some time.I have lots of trees on a small property. They worked on half my yard. We had a windstorm yesterday and there were no branches down on the half they worked on and the untouched side was littered with tree debris. To me, that says they pulled out the right stuff!I’ll have them back to get the other half and maybe plant one or two!

We were very well pleased with the expert care Jacobs crew gave to the tree and numerous shrubs we had them trim and manicure today. The guys were very professional and handled each tree or shrub as a personal art project. They all demonstrate a great caring for the vegetation with which they are working. Jacob gave me an estimate on my trees and shrubs last year and I found him to be very knowledgeable and professional then. But I couldnt get to him till very recently when I sent the contract to him. He performed the service this past week and did a great job with pruning my crab apple tree and my barberry bush as well as the root collar excavation on 4 of my other trees. I had the pleasure of watching him in action and talking to him while he was doing it! He is the real McCoy and not only he is skilled in his trade but he is also a very sophisticated individual and he is well informed and enlightened in the world affairs. He is very personable and professional. I recommend him very highly. He is very busy though, precisely because he is the real McCoy. So you better book him early.

I had Jacob and his crew come out to trim quite a few trees around my property a few weeks ago. Before the day came, communication between myself and Jacob was very easy. He is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and concerns promptly. Jacob came out to my property and gave me a free, very detailed estimate, explaining what trees and shrubs needed to be trimmed and how he would trim them. He and his crew arrived early and worked the entire day at my property. They did a wonderful job trimming the large maple trees I had, along with numerous other trees and shrubs. They took great care in their craft, and asked me throughout the day if I was happy with how the job was progressing and if I would like the trees trimmed more or in a different shape. One Maple tree required the use of a bucket truck, where the worker used hand shears - used more for gardening - to trim the maple tree to the perfect shape! Now that showed skill and dedication! Clean up is one of the most important aspects after the job is done and with this, they were very meticulous. They left no branches or significant amount of leaves around. If anything, the yard was cleaner after they left than before they arrived!I would highly recommend their service to anyone needing tree trimming in the Lehigh Valley area!

Jacob and his crew did an excellant job recently taking down an old maple tree in our front yard and trimming the arborviti in our back yard. The crew nicely agreed to cut some sections of the tree for us to save and use. They also listened and followed our instructions on how we wanted the arborviti trimmed. These guys are the best! They were very professional and patient as I took care of a delay with the permit office, and rescheduled us as soon as they could. They took down a huge pine tree for us and pruned the surrounding trees to make sure they were as healthy as possible. They arrived on time, neatly uniformed, got to work right away, and checked with me over and over to make sure they were doing what I wanted (you cant uncut a tree!). Everything went into their chipper, and they tidied up so well that my yard was actually much cleaner after they left than when they arrived! Even my neighbors were pleased.Jacobs is a little more expensive than other local tree care companies (some others quotes were SUSPICIOUSLY low), but for the quick, clean, polite service I received, it was worth it. I would happily hire them again and recommend them wholeheartedly.

Called for an estimate....the owner of this business basically told me I could not afford him because I was asking around for different estimates.....Question: Who, in their right mind settles for one estimate and doesnt shop/call around for a job....Heres a tip, Jacobs Professional Tree Service, learn to speak to potential customers in a professional manner, treat everyone as if it were a potential job....if you dont want people shopping/estimating, then take your business/number off the Yellow pages and other business sites....Heres another tip: Why dont you take your business were people that can afford you are, like say Beverly Hills or New York City not Lehigh Valley.....
