I hired Blueway pools to install pool, said the owner promised us we would be swimming by June, June came , July came August came still was not swimming . On Aug 24th said was preparing for concrete and crashed the skid steer into the pool in 2 locations once on the deep end and another in the shallow end damaging 3 panels, steps , liner , coping, skimmer . Aside from damages, during the build said and his team left all there trash and garbage all threw out the yard and driveway that me and my wife had to clean up. He literally destroyed my yard and now will not answer my calls or return my phone calls. I heard multiple customers are going threw similar experience with Blueway pools. I would not recommend Blueway pools as said and his team are very very unprofessional and lack communication. They are absolutely horrible. Also side note if you look at his positive reviews it’s most likely his family some even have same last name as him and rest are all foreign names. If you do business with said you will regret it! Period

I have witnessed my daughter and son-in laws pool issues unfold. From the beginning Said the owner was unwilling to help find the right products. He messed up the liner when ordered because he waited too long and they sent an entirely wrong liner. The plumbing is all wrong and will be underground when backfilled. They forgot to place the plugs in the skimmers which resulted in water flooding down the pool wall which ultimately caused it to sink in. They did a poor job fixing it and it is now sinking In again just days later. I do know that he owes them money and is unwilling to come to the job site nore pay them back. He wouldnt even come to show them how to use their pump. It has been a mess from the start and has only gotten worse. Their pool is ducktaped with pallet wood because he never ordered the right parts. The quality is awful and his desire to do the right thing even more questionable.

I was in search of a place that would replaster my pool at a reasonable price, and Blueway pools came through on a tight deadline. I look forward to future projects with Blueway pools and consider their owner a good friend as we have kept in contact since the project. The finished product was more than what I expected on short notice and the price is definitely unrivaled in the area since I called every pool company in a 150 mile radius of Kunkletown PA.

I hired them to replace my liner and they ordered the wrong size tried to tell me something else needed to be replaced when if they measured correctly and checked the previous liner would have ordered the correct one. Now I’m stuck with a new liner that can’t be installed and my pool is now damaged because they left it exposed without a liner. No one wants to answer my calls I’ve been trying to get in touch with them to get my money back and nothing horrible service and professionalism I would never recommend using them worst mistake.

They did a remarkable concrete pool renovation.. I loved the new tiles and copping. The guys were very genuine and down to earth. They did everything they said on time and were very quick with it. 10/10 would recommend to anyone out there trying to get a pool renovation done. I will make sure I call Blueway Pools anytime I need anything done. Thanks again Mr.Sencan.

MASTERPIECE!They did my pool from scratch. They started right away while other companies makes people wait for years, these guys just started after signing the contract and got my pool in 2-3 weeks. I LOVED IT, it couldnt get any better than this also the owner is very cool person. I would recommend to everyone!

If I could give BlueWayPool and its team more than 5 star, I would definitely do that. Their team is so professional and experienced. They’re also gentle and friendly. They put new plaster, new heater, new pump and cover. They also built excellent pool to me. From scheduling to installation could not be perfect and professional. They did excellent job. I am so glad for their service. In a nutshell, my recommendation is just work with them, you won’t be disappointed. BlueWay pools forever

Called for an estimate, never came. Just realized when he called me back on caller ID that the name on the good review is his name. Told me he would find out why no one showed up, never called back.

I hired this company for my pool opening, They told me my pump needed to be replaced, they Installed one new pool pump and burnt it while installing it, their second new pump was installed upside down and was missing pieces. Since the owner never returned my call I had to purchase a new pump out of pocket to later on find out my original pump did not need to be replaced, Had to hire another company and spent double$$$ to get it right. Tried calling and calling and texting and never heard from this unprofessional company.If you want to pay double the money be sure to hire this nightmare of a company
