This was truly one of the WORST experiences of my life. I scheduled a photo-shoot for headshots and arrived 15 minutes early. I wasnt even greeted with a Hello. The owner, Laurie, told me Lets go and rushed me into a dressing room. As I was laying out my outfit options and explaining what I was thinking for the looks, she tells me Yeah honestly just dump everything on the floor we have to hurry. She was in SUCH a rush and made me feel like such a burden. As I was getting my hair and makeup done, she kept rushing the makeup artist. Since the poor artist was rushing, my look was not professional in the slightest. It was sloppy. This was not the artists fault, as Ive seen her former work and shes actually very talented. After the third time Laurie told the makeup artist to hurry I said something along the lines of Are you sure we should rush? I just want to make sure these come out well. which Laurie replied with Well, its actually not always all about you so youre going to have to get used to that. Technically, it SHOULD have been all about me because I was the only client in the studio. Then, as I was showing her a look she picked out for me, she told me Thats fine, just suck in that pouch. (talking about my lower stomach fat). I paid $500 for THIS treatment??? To make matters worse, as I was posing and doing everything the photographer was asking me to do, Laurie chimes in with You know, youre not a super model so stop trying to pose like one. I could not BELIEVE what I was hearing from this woman. I have never been talked to so horribly. Because of this experience, I didnt go out for days afterwards because she made me feel so awful about myself. DO NOT. GO. HERE! Laurie is vicious. She also made her workers miserable and it showed!!!!

Lori is awesome she is very welcoming straight forward and honest about the business. My photographer Ken did a fantastic job it was my first shoot ever but he took the time to help me out👍👍👍😎

Women who runs and owns the place was extremely rude. Her google hours said she was closed on Saturdays. I drove 2 and a half hours away and called and she missed my call. When I finally got through to her she was rude and saying I should’ve left a message and that she didn’t know if she had time for me. The whole meeting she was passive aggressive and very judgmental. She wasn’t an overall nice person and it was very Uninviting especially to someone breaking into the industry. If you can go somewhere else I recommend. Oh and at the end she reminded me of the $30 appointment fee.

Took the money and ran. Does this place really book models work? I have done better booking paid jobs on my own. I know better to pay a talent agency for pictures and classes. This is my fault believing they would be different. I just did not fit the optics of their view of what a model should appear. And if they felt that way, why not tell the truth? Who knows? It does not matter as I will be successful!

Honest, straight forward and professional. We just started working with this agency and have been very pleased so far.

I originally started with Look Models to get voice acting opportunities however it turned into 3-4 different gigs that were truly an amazing experience!! Ive been considering getting back into it because it was so much fun. The only reason I stopped was because of the time constraints with working a full-time job as well. I had a ball and I got to work with amazing people in the process 😁The only thing that I would add is that I wish some of the jobs were a little closer to where I live.

Love the atmosphere here. Very sweet lady I talked to. Other than coming up with money out of my own pocket to start out; I just hope I last long enough in this business to make up the money used to help me get there. Other than that, Im excited for whats next. Wish me luck!

SCAM. New actors/models, and parents of new actors/models, an agency (whether it be acting or modeling) will NEVER charge a fee for ANYTHING. Places like this one will try to convince you that you need to pay a yearly fee or a website fee; they will have you pay for a screen test fee, etc. This is not how a real, legitimate talent agency works. I encourage new actors to explore reddits r/acting, or read Jenna Fischers The Actors Life to learn more about the industry. A real, legitimate talent agent will never charge a fee for anything. They will also never require you to use a specific photographer (this place does this) or require you to take their acting classes. Be extremely weary of anyone claiming to be an agent or agency that is willing to take on total newcomers. 99% of the time they are preying on your hopes and dreams while robbing you blind. Also keep in mind a real talent agent is very difficult to get to represent you even when you have experience.

I have been working with Look Models and Talent for 5 years and have been thrilled with the work they have gotten me as well as the services they offer. Their photographer and acting classes are on par with what you get in NYC. Very professional. I highly recommend working with them.

So my family friend was going to give me a ride today but something came up with her medically and I called to reschedule but the woman who answered started saying “is this how it’s gonna be because it’s a problem our jobs are spread out and if we bring you in and want to work with you and you have to rely on other people for transportation It’s a problem. are you going to bring someone to jobs if you have to bring someone to an interview? I think you should wait till you have your own transportation and submit again in a couple of months I don’t think you’re ready yet or confident enough”. She said it very rudely, did not let me explain and I’m not happy!!!! I DO have my own car, I do NOT rely on others for transportation. My family friend comes with me to these interviews and wanted to come to the screen test today to make sure I receive the information correctly and that I do not agree to something I should not agree to because she cares about me and I can be gullible and naive. Seriously thinking about filing a complaint because of how she treated me just because I tried to reschedule!!!

Look is a genuine regional agency. They specialize in lifestyle models and actors representation and are experts at casting needs. They have produced anx nurtured some great talent with a focus on the four state area.

This place is HORRIBLE!! Very unprofessional and insensitive. I couldn’t make an appointment and rescheduled. The new appointment I was given on the same day I was rushed to the hospital. It was a stroke of bad luck. So after close to 5 months, my health improved and I was inquiring about acting classes this time (the other appointments were just to evaluate me for potential representation for acting gigs) I receive an email telling me because I didn’t make the other 2 appointments they would not be interested in dealing with me!! HUH?? Really?? I even had documents to prove my claims but to go to this extent for these fools I’m better off tbh! BELIEVE ALLLLLL THE BAD RATINGS THEY HAVE RECEIVED, ITS ALL TRUE!! RUDE, OBNOXIOUS, AND PRIDEFUL AND CONSTATLY MENTION THE YEARS EXPERIENCE THEY SUPPOSEDLY HAVE!! BEWARE!!!!!

I walked in to that place with all i had and all the confidence in the world. An they said no. The lady said that they dont do petite girls in this world anymore. An she said i didn’t have enough confidence to be a model. But she admires my hair and my beautiful skin. After all that she still made me pay the $35 fee. Even though i didn’t make it in. The lady that interviewed me was really rude. I really was hoping i was gonna make it in. An as she was taking my card to pay the fee i overheard her sayin how i wont make it in this industry and how i wont be coming back. To be let down like that is real heartbreaking. I heard alot of good things come out of that place.

Im so happy to be with look Models and Actors Agency they give me hope Im in a wheelchair and look models and Actors agency is giving me a chance to follow my dream and make it come true. Thank so much look models and Actors agency for this change.

Went in to ask a question was treated horribly by the dark haired woman who was in charge. Very snappy and rude. We took our business to Image International and paid for their classes and services instead.Avoid LOOK like the plague!
