Tired of lie they dont help me only 2 caseworker who help me but they stop and giving up on me worst company they keep changing caseworker on me im sick and tired of caseworker changing

PA Mentor is the biggest scam and joke going when it comes to their therapeutic foster care. Our son has been in there for almost 2 years and when I tell you they minimize everything hes done or what led him there, they do! So bad that even the insurance people find them to be a joke! Completely incompetent!!!! Rather than stating the facts and/or realizing the severity of a childs issues, they constantly and i mean constantly always has an excuse as to why he/she did it rather than admitting there is a huge problem here all tbe while they dont want to agree that there is a need for a higher level of care because its all about the $$$$$$. Never send your child here because youll never get help!!! If I could no stars I would have.

I have been through more mentors in the past few years they always seem to quit on me and get another job . So if were working on something important its not going to happen because when the other mentor quit she does not go to my new mentor and give her the information that she needs to help me out I was supposed to have my medical records sent down to me from California. But my mentor quit and she never passed on the information to my new mentor thats just the way it goes and the PA mentor Bethlehem office

My team for my son are very knowledgeable and work well with my son.

I feel that PA Mentor is the worst agency.
