Theyve been reliable, price is fair, and willing to take extra trash sometimes besides our usual household container. Very happy with them.

Herceg is consistent, which is important for trash collection. They never have missed a pickup, they completely empty my cans, and they do not make a mess. Prices have remained the same over several years.

They havent picked up my trash in 3 weeks. Have left a voicemail per day over the past 5 days and they still havent called me back.

Extremely pleased with the Herceg organization and especially the collection employees on our route. They are the friendliest most efficient collectors we have ever met. They deserve the ice water and cookies my wife periodically leaves for them. They are an asset to Herceg and deserve Accolades!

I have used Herceg Hauling since they took over for my prior collection company. They have been outstanding, affordable, flexible and consistent in their service over these many years.

This company has the poorest service. First, trash was not picked up because the driver stated he could not maneuver the truck into our alley. Our neighbors used a different waste hauling service and that driver had no problem, I think Herceg Hauling employes a driver that is either incompetent or lazy-or an inexperienced un-licensed driver. Then I was told they would try to come up the next say. Next day-the trash still was not picked up. When I called the office I was told the cans were too heavy. Well, it had rained heavy, so I guess and the cans filled with a bit of water, but we did not have large cans to begin with... Again I guess, the real problem is Herceg Hauling employs lazy employees who can only lift very small bathroom waste can sized bags. However, the owner continued to yell and then started to accuse us of filling the bags with cat litter and said we dont want customers like you. I replied over again, but we dont own cats. He just went on yelling the lie to cover the fact they did not show up. The moral of this story, Herceg Hauling charges you high prices but dont want to provide any service- or at least they are too lazy to ... really, chose a different garbage hauler. You will only waste money here

Absolutely horrible! We had 30+ inches of snow Saturday so I assumed they wouldnt come pick up trash on their normal Tuesday afternoon, so I went to the website and the only message I saw was if your alley is not plowed we will not pick up well guess what its a lie! Our alley was plowed Monday morning at 330 am and they didnt show tuesday, Wednesday or the rest of that week, so now here we are 2 weeks worth of garbage sitting in the driveway we put it out this morning our normal Tuesday pick up and its now 6:15pm and still now garbage pick! I called this afternoon at 230 pm and was told they are very far behind but they will definitely be there to pick it up today yet another lie! I will not pay $64 every 2mnth for crappy service! If you had no intention of coming you should have been honest and said it will be picked up for sure by Wednesday evening! Very disappointed!

Prices on the high end, service on the low end. If you expect to throw ANYTHING other than what fits inside a kitchen garbage bag, do not choose this garbage company, they will either charge you extra everytime, or you will have to pay extra and haul it to the dump.

Great company never changed price in ten years and they will take extra trash if you have more one week. Never had one issue always great service.
