This agency is really great. I applied for a job, got called back by Cassy and she passed my information over to the client. I spoke with HR soon after speaking with Cassy. The next day, I was scheduled for an in person interview. That same afternoon, I received a call back from HR and was offered the position later that day. That’s what you call fast service. This is a great place to go to if you are in need of job quickly. Kudos to Spherion.

I sadly had to return to this agency because of COVID and feared I would have a hard time finding a job. But thank goodness for the caring and professional staff, I was greeted and helped by a nice gentleman named Archie. I explained my situation and he was able to help me find a job that I’m comfortable with. If I need to go to a staffing agency again, I’d go here. 10/10

I honestly was scared to walk into a work agency. I have dealt with a few local ones before, but this PLACE - was honestly the best genuine AGENCY EVER!! The staff here is unprofessional and one doesnt know what the other one is doing. Office staff hung up on me instead of resolving the issue. I called back spoke to someone else who couldnt resolve my issue and also hung up on me. Horrible horrible customer service. Oh and keep an eye on your hours because they always short your hours.
