I want to thank Access Ability for their great customer service and the product. My Mom is 85 years old, lives in a two story house and unable to go up on the stairs. Access ability installed the Stairlift in one day. The equipment is very reliable. I have not had any problem or issues with the Stairlift. Thank you for your great service and product.

If it wasnt for Access Ability and there staff of professionals our life woudbe so different. It is because of Ham and his knowlede and help that my wife can stay in our home and envoy life to the fullest. Lifts, elevators and service are the best.

Outstanding professional service.

We ordered a lift for Our handicapped daughter in April of 2013. She lives in a group home supervised by Lifepath, a private company which takes excellent care of our daughter. Access-Ability has STILL Not delivered or installed the lift we ordered almost one year ago. Pam, the person in charge of our order keeps promising the lift has been ordered and will arrive, but its all hot air. I would advise anyone seeking to utilize this company to go somewhere else, unless, you dont care about honesty or the quality of service you receive.Oops, I mean the the quality of the service you are promised and DONT receive.

They serviced an older model left in our condo. Great job. Reasonable and knowledgable. Now deciding whether to purchase or lease new. This is a top notch company with values to match. Note that they have an A+ rating from the BBB.

Access-Ability installed a chair lift which was needed during post-surgery recovery. They were an excellent company to deal with in all aspects: timely, courteous, and excellent equipment. I could not have recuperated without them. Thank you to their entire staff. I would highly recommend Access-Ability!

I’ve had a relationship with this company since June 2008 and theyve never failed to meet my expectations. Bob has always been on time and very professional during his visits. He also is very thorough in explaining what is being done which is very helpful to me. So kudos to Bob & Access-Ability for a job well done.

My step-daughter has severe back issues and we needed a stairlift on the stairs from the basement to the main level. The staircase is narrow and the company works with several manufacturers and so the owner could recommend one that is more compact when folded. Each stairlift installation is unique, and the company is very honest and tells you to use the stairlift frequently in beginning to see if there are any issues. We did have an issue with the stairlift and they were there fixing it the next day. They have 24 hour coverage for emergencies as well. Very pleasant group of people and I would definitely recommend them.

In 2014, Equi-librium moved from its rented locations in Monroe County to our now permanent site in Nazareth, PA, centralized to our service area of Lehigh, Northampton and Monroe Counties. We needed to ensure that our facilities, including our main office, were fully accessible. Access-Ability helped us to achieve it with a quick turnaround, installing a metal ramp from our conference room to main office area and got the job done to our satisfaction. I would happily call on them in the future should other needs arise.

I have been struggling with Parkinsons disease for 10+ years now. About 5 or 6 years ago, steps became increasingly difficult to do. I contacte Ham Malek and AccessAbility about this, and they installed a chairlift. This allowed me to continue to access my basement where my office was. It has honestly been a life saver. For over 5 years now, I have used it everyday. It was installed in a very timely manner, and we have not had any maintenance issues on it ever. Thes guys are great and Id reccomend them to anyone.
