If you plan on working here, expect to get in trouble over anything. Little hours and they dont take doctors notes. Decent benefits but little payed time off

I work there great place 2 work starting now in picking season. The pay is $19.74 an hour 2 start. Walmart spend a lot of money 2 upgrade this place. Lockers are see though which is great. Huge cafeteria free coffee, small oven 2 warm out your food. Plenty of microwaves plenty of tables and friendly staff and co workers. State of the art security and computer systems. Its make your job easier they want u to succeed in your goals. If u like 2 work hard in a fast pace environment this is the place.

Its a great place to start a career, if you so chose. A lot of incentives, good starting wage, and decent hours,for those who like night shift. The trainers were very knowledgeable,and a great positive attitude.

Across the street from entrance there is a big parking lot you can park in it. Very nice place to take a 10-hour break.

I was a truck driver delivery. They have appointment times which is terrific. The problem I had was Maybe 15 minutes late. When driving a truck and traffic sometimes difficult. This happened over 20 years ago but burns me for their CS ways. I’ve delivered to many of the centers and I’m saying all of them are AH’s.

Hi I have worked in this warehouse for about 2 years and I have been trying to understand why do they treat people so bad ..

My daughter and I called to get info for her w2 form from the Resource Center and the receptionist Mimi was very rude and unprofessional at her job. Second call she hung up on me,so my third call was to a Supervisor ect.If you cant handle a situation please dont be rude just give the call to someone who wants to help.

I called Walmart Distribution Center because I had a problem with online shopping I had my purchase in my cart when I went to pay for it they told me it was taking out of my cart it was out of stock and it was given to another person to purchase that is a bunch of Balderdash that is like stealing from customer to customer from an employee doesnt matter when I check out of the store if its in my cart and I am purchasing it then I should be allowed to purchase it this happened four times already I think its the little disturbing and it should not be allowed thats all I have to say about that be safe God bless and wear your mask

Took the position there because Walmart didnt discriminate based on my age as so many other places had been doing.So grateful that another door opened for me; couldnt leave fast enough.The delusion is to make the workers feel like family of Walmart. A majority of employees come from a background of low-pay, day-long labor jobs so getting a few extra dollars and a voice to speak once in a while is like Paradise. They dont mind the 2-under 15 minute breaks and no lunch period because they had worse.This Center takes advantage of many workers who remain faithful out of fear and a lack of marketable skills. An associate walks on water in the eyes of management when they are making rate yet they are quickly removed if not producing or --- god forbid --- taking a day off for illness or family problems. (Occurrences are given, then steps, which can be acquired for lack of production, calling off, punching in one minute early or punching out one minute late... many more...).A 10-12 hour shift with no lunch break is accepted because it was presented to the workers as a way to leave early and you will only need to punch in and punch out, so you can avoid going to the time clock for a lunch punch.An attorney told me that a lot of violations are worthy of litigation; said if 20 people could sign, it would be a fantastic class action. I told him that the driving force of the workers is a paycheck not a violation-free workplace. They are okay with the Latino radio stations blasting over PA sized loudspeakers for 12 hours and getting a check every 2 weeks even though they dont see the chains keeping them bound to raging Machine.When leaving work one day, I casually said to a middle-aged associate (who only knew a few English words): Whew, were outta here!!! He smiled and responded with, Is ok, amigo; is best place I ever worked.Its no wonder Walmart prefers workers accustomed to exhausting labor and limited freedom: it helps WALMART to Save Money and Live Better.

Marion Marsh from systems has been very vocal that she believes Spanish speaking employees at Walmart 7356 should go back where they came from on multiple occasions! She is disrespectful to anyone with an accent not just Spanish, the entire building can contest to it if she is very prejudice and has been witnessed given new hires a hard time because she and I quote just doesnt care if they cant speak English then they shouldnt be aloud to work here they should go back where they came from

Acts like they care for their employees and terminates them. Without even asking what is going on with the person they have no compassion . The turn over in stafff is the worst i ever seen in 1 year of being employed, Very UN organized leads and managers.

I worked 94 hours and they are paying me only 46. When I call to find out about my money they never know anything.

The parking lot is unorganized. Associates get dropped off right in the middle of the road. They walk right in front of your car or behind it when driving or backing up. The company does not treat their associates with respect. Amazon would be a better choice.

Dont be late for delivery i was late for 30 minuts from appoitment time they sad drop trailer for 24 hours .stuff doesnt wanna work with you .dont be late gor delivery truck drivers ....
