This was nice experience. Very understandable and considerable gentleman. I like how professional he handled my case. I had a walmart load going to Washington courthouse, and Auburn IN. The first one was tight but when I explained issue to him, he promised me will he will handle asap in which he did.That is the kind of thing manager, thank you so much for fixing my issues. Please keep up that way.

OTR Drivers instructionsGo to Shipping/receiver it is close to dock 25 by the end of the building checking in and someone will call youBe careful when backing up or getting out of the dock so you do not go on the rocks like so many others have done. If you have the experience you should be ok.You can park between dock 1 and 16 at the front to go checking in.There arent any overnight parking available unless at your own risk park on the street. I did not notice any enforcement so if you have not choice than park on the street.

This place is first come first serve for unloading but no one cares or follows this. The bald little man in recieving office is very rude and lies often. People who came after me were unloaded before me so they either have connections or just like the people who leave good reviews to get unloaded sooner. This is not my first time being unloaded here as i was unloaded here a some 20 times. I congradulate the management for finding the most incompetent people to work here.

Great people, place to pick up... they are organized, they load you fast and the right way most of the time but sometimes they dont and you might end up with your load products on the floor 😁 asparagus, mangoes etc

These folks are outstanding. I have been there twice now.First time I was 24 hours early for my delivery. I checked in, let them know I was a day early. Was told we will call ya.I waited maybe 2 hours and was on the dock. They unloaded me in maybe 30 minutes.Second time there, arrived afternoon the day before my appointment. Had a dock door immediately. Unloaded quickly.These folks were friendly, as well as professional.It pays to be respectful and come in with the right attitude. It goes a long ways.10 ****** for these folks !!

Truck Drivers, if you can avoid this facility, please do! But if you got a few hours to crush, youll be fine. They are super slow! I MEAN SLOW! There is a limited parking/Staging area along the carb. Guess Three or Four Trucks can fit to including overnight. Parking. Very nice people though! But Slow!

Before entering the lot please find parking on street its a 1 way in and out of loading dock...

They have overnight parking,u can park on the street or on the property,just go inside and give them bills,they will call by the phone...receiving open at 6am.They called me 610am and 7.20am was already empty,From me five stars....WTA Global

This is a big warehouse but C.H.Robinsons doors 17 to 25.You can drop off paperwork (check in) till late night 01;00 am.Receiving office close to door No 25They are (start unloading) open at 05:00 Am . You can park overnight at oppusway street and in yard nothing problem

My 2nd pick up was from here. It was quick. There is a constraction going on. Road that GPS takes you is closed. You can call the shipper to get directions

When I came to the warehouse it was closedThere was no place to park other than at a dockAs soon as receiver comes in the early morning he assign a different dock, and offload in no time.

We was the for picking up for 8 hours, overloaded and after all they don’t pay any detention! Do not go anywhere near the location! Be cautious, don’t waste your hours and money!

Slow loading, on Sundays and they take a long lunch.... Shipping and receiving people are nice.

Arrived for my appointment to be unloaded on time. At this point Ive been here 7.5 hours and have had the truck that loaded behind get a door and be unloaded before me. This has cost me my next load and no amount of detention pay can make up for that. Plus now I have to layover instead of going back home. Drivers if you have the choice stay away from this place as far as you can!!!!

Terrible place Ive already been downloading for more than a day and Ive only seen that they attend only two trucks to unload and now Im at the door and Ive been waiting for 5 hours and they still havent unloaded me, they tell me theyre going to close, its not possible for me attend until tomorrow believe me a very bad place ......

If you want to have a bad time and a bad time, come to this place 5 hours to give you a door 2 to load and one to give you the papers, they do not value your time. It is the second time the same thing happens to me, a third will not happen because I will not come 👍👍👍

After more than 4 hours waiting to load I will give a star to write. I have been more than 4 hours and still do not call me to charge. Really if you have to come calmly and without haste. Better not come.

The shiping and receiving office will find it in the back ... There is a place to park overnight, respecting the emergency areas
