Gregg is excellent. Super knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Most importantly he had all the proper tools. I have delt with quite a few fly by night half @$$ed chimney sweeps. He not only used some of the more aggressive methods of removing the soot he has an excellent camera to inspect the chimney with.I would recommend him in a heart beat.

Smokey’s Chimeney Sweep was incredible from start to finish.After having trouble with my last chimney sweep, I decided to look for a new company. I didn’t know who to go with though. Then after discussing the situation with my friend, she highly recommended Smokey’s Chimney Sweep, so I gave them a chance. I could not have been happier with them.Greg, the owner of the company, came out and went over everything with me. He was very knowledgeable about everything.What made this experience so much better than before was the fact of how professional he is. He placed covers all along the face of the chimney and also under his equipment to make sure that nothing got onto our carpets. He also used a spinning brush and a camera system (something our old chimney sweep did not use). Greg went over everything that he saw through the camera with me, and I got to see what the inside of my chimney looked like.If you had to choose a chimney sweep, I would go with Smokey’s Chimney Sweep.

100% Gregg came out on time when he said he would, called in advance to verify the appointment, showed up and got right to work. He went above and beyond to do the job right. I have a fireplace insert,( and an old one). He pulled the stove out, swept the chimney and put everything back better than when he found it. Tarped, swept and vacuumed up the whole job. Made an appointment online as well as left a voicemail. Someone did get back to me and they scheduled. The night before the appointment something came up and i had to cancel. Voicemail left as well as text. Had to send several messages via text and voice to make sure they didn’t show up. (Now I’m searching for them and worried about their time?)Several back and forth attempts to get a hold of them and when they made the one attempt to call me and missed......guess I’m supposed to be impressed. She (owners wife) finally did call back eager to service us. This was only after a message was sent saying “I’d find someone else and they where being unprofessional, and I’d leave a review online.Customer service is huge and clearly they have more important things to do.I’d be weary of them, wouldn’t recommend.
