The kid they have at the register overnight a lot is one of the best cashiers Ive meet in my 67 year on this rock. Not only does he ask me how my day is and actually talk to me like a person and no matter how busy he is he always makes sure I got everything I need before I head out. He also makes a damn good Oreo milkshake. If hes not a manager he should be. Hes a good example for what kind of positive attitude you should have when working.

Very Busy Sheetz.Building and grounds were clean and well Maintained.Large variety of products from food snacks drinks and wine.Gas as well.There is also a car wash on the property.Prices are fair and in line with other mini markets.Several drink stations,soda and coffee to slushy.Employees were friendly and helpful.

This place is a one stop shop but they dont staff adequately. The last few times I have been here for a drink or snack I have waited in a line for at least 5 minutes for a single cashier. The service is inadequate at best but is not the fault of the actual staff. This is a staffing issue and a culture issue for the company.

Always busy and employees are nice, BUT THEY ONLY EVER HAVE ONE REGISTER OPEN!! The line goes to the back of the store and you’re waiting sometimes 10+ mins in line. I’m here all the time and it happens often. I would think that’s a management issue. I hope they address it because I like the store because it’s close to my job. 👍🏼

I love sheetz I live in Allentown and travel to Bethlehem because that’s the closest to me I rather go there then wawa much cleaner and food is fresher

I went to this location with the intention of getting food. Parked in the spot, but proceeded to take an important phone call in my truck for the next 25 minutes, only to have their security knocking on my windows asking me what I’m doing, telling me to either buy food or leave. I didn’t realize speaking on the phone in your vehicle was suspicious

I come here just to see Tom, he has no idea who I am but he seems to be the hardest worker here and he is very friendly. You do a great job Tom!

Stopped by a sheetz while doing a road trip on my motorcycle. I was pleased that the staff weren’t being mask nazi’s. Wish you guys would open some stores closer to philly.

Food is good but the location seems to be short staffed, with just 2 or 3 people being responsible for sometimes a dozen or more orders. Expect a 10-20 minute wait for your food most times of day.

Quit reading this and just go there. Make your custom food order and eat up.

Honestly I love Sheetz. Its a 30 minute drive from my house, but it has become custom for me and my friends to drive down to Sheetz and get some food. My friend who works at Wawa, says that Sheetz is defiantly better food wise. Sheetz has amazing chocolate milk. Sheetz does sell alcohol and has a bigger variety of drinks to choose from then Wawa. Sheetz also has a huge variety of different foods and drinks you can order. I recommend that you go to Sheetz, cause if you havent yet, you my friend are missing out.

Literally watched the manager Mike at 8:30pm 4/07/21 drop a burger off the counter, walk back to the area where he was mostly hidden and change the wrapping and tried to give it out. Then attempted to lie and say it was remade when he was called out. Nasty and that’s what sheetz uses as management...

Longest lines in a convenience store I have ever seen in my life. Food was cold by the time I got it, and over-fried to the point of back edges on fries. Turkey inside sub was slimy and smelled like fish. Took one bite got sick and spent the night in the bathroom. Drunks in parking lot all night. Never again.

Dude, the food wasnt even edible. The meatballs were rock solid... got it home and cooked it some more and couldnt even cut through it with a steak knife.

Stay away from their pumps. I had someone hack my bank account and took out $75 for $30 worth of gas. Check you bank account often when at thus Sheetz!

Very clean and well stocked store. Loved the looks of the exterior. Fuel pumps had scanners on them so I was able to use my Sheetz app for price discount.

I love the made to order food. You can get pretty creative with it. Been here many many times and never had a problem with my food/drinks. Even just getting smoothies is a real treat. There is a wait to get your order especially with a high volume of customers, but its reasonable and just takes a little patience.

Grilled cheese with tomato and pickles was ice cold rubbery bread. My husbands tuna not bad. We both ordered their new fresh French fries. Got in car opened ff bag and laughed completely raw in n one big glob. Husband took back and he came out with burnt hard as a rock fries. And I mean dark brown black and would break your teeth. Never again. Wish I could send picture

They have this high tech coffee machine that is useless, they have zero fixins for coffee besides cream and sugar(no irish cream, no heavy cream, and so on), their parking lot is set up very illogical. 2 good things... their air pump actually works, and they have a decent car wash.

I prefer Sheetz to Wawa most times. The breakfast sandwiches simply cant be beaten for price or taste. You can customize everything so even lucky eaters can find something to eat. Hell my wife even are California rolls here. I. Not that brave myself.

Worst car wash experience I’ve ever had since they’ve opened. I wanted in line 20 min or so, no big deal.. spent $12 for the best wash option to come home to my car being just as dirty as when I went in. Not sure if something is off with the wash. Never had any issue before.Be cautious using this one...

Over run by.korons with.motorcycles acting like idiots. Taking up valuable parking g space so you cant even park to go inside and get food or snacks.Management doesnt give a flying fudge and lets this moronic behavior continue weekend after weekend

Updated!This location is now one of my favorites! They took care of the problem when I complained and there has never been an issue since. Sheetz is so great and Im glad to see they will help out customers when there is a problem.

They always mess up my order. Lost me as a customer. If you want better food and 100% accuracy go to wawa.

Good place to get in, get something, and get out. You wont want to stay there for very long, especially weekend nights around 10pm-12am because of the obnoxiously loud cars that are attracted to this parking lot for some odd reason.

Had to wait a while to get my food tonight. Get home to eat it only to find the meatballs in my wrap are hard as a rock. I call in and speak to someone named Lydia and all she says is “ok” when I tell her what happened. Thanks for making me feel like I don’t matter, I guess I’ll go somewhere else in the future.

Was here 2 minutes ago(half hoagie) watch them make it and the lady just threw the pickles on just stacked the tomatoes on top of each other she also put away to much lettuce I can’t even fold it

The food selection tastes pretty good, however, I always have to wait for a decent amount of time even when Im the only customer. The gas is always more expensive than others in the area as well.

I live very close to this location and never write bad reviews. This location is awful. They sell 6 packs now, but I have been turned away from buying or had nobody capable of selling me alcohol on multiple occasions. Once, I had my 4 year old son with me and was told I couldn’t purchase alcohol without him providing an ID showing he was 21, and then they wouldn’t let me leave without taking my ID and documenting my attempt of buying alcohol with a minor. Also the other 2 times I waited over 15 minutes while the clerk said he had to find someone allowed to sell me alcohol, until I finally left. Also I have stopped for coffee in the morning before work and there is a 10 minute line at the register with one overworked employee, it’s always awful there. If you are going to sell alcohol, have the infrastructure in place to do so, if you promote being the morning coffee stop, be prepared for the crowds.

I literally watched an employee just watch and sit back on there phone while people waited in line for at least 10 minutes this was at 3am. Very piss poor service will not be returning to this location ever again

Slow service most days..other days my food is either soggy, nor done right or they dont have what I ordered. Great fries though. I think I will stick to Wawa, sorry not sorry.

Not worth the money. Couldn’t get a simple hot dog order right. Also purchased a smoothie and they didn’t bother to tell me they were out of the flavor I ordered I had to go back and tell them once I realized. Got fries as well which were barely full and cold. Very disappointed as I used to come here often and no longer will.

I paid extra for totz and guacamole in my burrito and they didn’t add them.... 1.50 extra for literally nothing.

Would like to make it more then 2 however I have ordered online 3 plus times and have had nothing but issues. When ordering on line it is to speed up the time I am in the store. Order pay get food leave works. I dont believe the cashiers understand this. U pay then stand waiting for my food, if I wanted to do that I would order in store. Extra 15 minutes each time I preordered waiting for someone to give me my order. Even had some one after I asked if the bag sitting their was mine with recipe in hand Did you pay for this? Answered yes and showed recipe still got a cocky remark.

Super slow and have messed up my order several times

Ordered 2 hot dogs and received my order fairly quickly but got home and found half the toppings missing and of course the stuff that was missing cost extra, bacon, chili, and extra cheese. Thanks sheetz I was on the verge of never returning and now youve convinced me.

Ordered food went outside to wait for it to get done they wernt busy at all got told to leave by a cop for being there to long so i walked inside and asked for a refund and left. Sheetz should go out of buisness.

So i insisted to my wife that this was the place to eat tonite as she wanted a burger and i remembered seeing they had walking tacos. Ordering the burger was simple altho the ketchup we added on the MTO(Made to Order) screen was MIA. The MTO has u build ur walking taco pretty much same as the burger however there came a screen that asked if i wanted steak chicken bacon pulled pork chilli. I did ask an employee if the taco meat was on that or did i have to specify a meat. He said no pretty sure its like any other taco but im new just started yesterday. My wife and i ordered a second walking taco with frito scoops to split if we were still hungry. All we added on in the MTO was shredded cheese. When we got home we noticed my walking taco had no meat of any sort. But i suspect it was bc i didnt select a meat. However my wife saw in the 2nd walking taco there was nacho cheese and chilli which we didnt select. Furthermore i cant understand the advertisement of walking taco with no taco meat and passing off chilli a food known for being sweet smokey and spicy. Nothing to do with taco. So idk my sheetz experience this time round was not worthy of the 20 some bucks spent.

Yea hot dogs were not cooked right and missing ingredients I paid for as well as missing products had to go back in then realized another issue with my meal that I especially picked and well I go here every day this is becoming an every time issue I will no longer come here anymore due to bad service and no one is giving me back the thousands I spent at this store or even 100$ for the last few days smh

Convenient location, very clean, and has amazing food options (plus reward points on purchases).

A larger than average selection of hot food and drinks in the mini mart, better than most others in the area.

The ketchup was missed on my burger, that I could overlook, but the bacon didnt seem cooked the walking tacos had no meat, one had some nasty chile on it that I didnt want, & nacho cheese sauce which I also didnt ask for.

I love that we have Sheetz here in the Valley after so many years of just having Wawa. Sure, both Wada and Sheetz previously were much better places before mass production and centralized food prep, but I love how Sheetz just has everything and amazing systems to support it. You still have people screwing up the nearly perfected processes in place, and taking forever or messing up orders, but welcome to earth and cheap laborers. My only complaint is that I literally was stuck in the car wash line because it couldnt detect the Kia Miniature Car in front of me, and they were too stubborn to pull through. We sat there forever. I almost was ready to ram them to make them move forward. Instead I moved my car forward into the car wash with them (pre ramming) to see if it would kick on the system, and luck for that Kia, it did. They need to fix the car wash a bit or things could get crazy in there. Anyhow, I put more blame on Kia for making such unnoticeable cars!

My Co worker kept telling me about sheetz. I have never tried it before. I am a wawa type of person. The food was ok, it was defiantly different than wawa. The fries were soggy, but the sandwich was pretty good. A little overpriced in my opinion. Ill go back though
