I had to drop my car off for repairs and needed a rental. I have been an Enterprise customer for a long time. Prior to me dropping my car off for repairs, I received an email to sign up for their Priority Pass. This was an amazing tool. I got there to drop my car off early and even though I was well over 15 mins early, first thing in the morning (I dont think they were open yet), my car was ready to go! It was great because I had to go in to work late and I only ended up being half an hour late versus what the time could have been. So I was very grateful. Staff was more than friendly and thorough.

Horrible experience with this enterprise. I told the person who rented me the vehicle I wanted to go through their insurance. He puts in the contract that I wanted to use my own insurance. I didnt notice he did this until closing out my agreement with them after getting into an accident. After seeing he put the wrong information in I asked the employee if I can speak to the person who rented me the vehicle so he can explain what happened. the employee informed me that the person who rented me the vehicle was actually a manager and couldnt be reached that day. I asked if I can come in and speak to him the next day. When I arrived the manager was so unprofessional he actually stood up and left the office without speaking to me. this was the most horrible and unprofessional experience Ive ever had with any rental company.

Great service! The people working there are so nice and want to make your experience as easy as possible. The cars are so clean inside and out when you get them. I really appreciate the additional sanitizing due to COVID! I felt safe both health and driving wise using the car!

Whenever I have an accident I rent a car from Enterprise.The cars are always clean and well maintained.Employees are always friendly and helpful and even go out of their way to be that even more so.They just got a little cubicle At Faulkner but that is clean and well maintained.

Was in a car accident and had to rent a vehicle (during the hail storm). Only place that had a vehicle. Andrew and Justin were wonderful!!! They were beyond pleasant and professional!!! I would highly recommend anyone to come here! They treat you like family.

Communication is their downfall. My work vehicle was struck by a school bus while parked. I was referred to Enterprise. This happened the second day. We wont even get into the first day with them. I was told that there would be one of two trucks that were coming back to the business by the end of the day and they I would receive a call when they arrived. I decided to go to the business in Bethlehem ,Pa off RT. 512 an hour before closing just to make sure I was ready. When I arrived at the business there sat a truck ( one of which would be coming back by the end of the day. I asked about it and the girl told me that she had just rented it out 20 mins ago and they I didnt have a reservation. You come to your own conclusion on this post. To say the least Im very unhappy.

Guy at the desk was more interested in watching TV then helping us but the jeep was very reliable and clean when we got it. Was helpful that they gave us a 4 wheel drive vehicle for where we were going but the back passenger side tire was nearly flat when we got it home. Inflated the tire and it stayed inflated but why they didnt check that before leaving the lot I dont understand.

Limited choice of vehicle but EXCELLENT customer service. Justin was exceptionally nice and upgrade to a very comfortable car. Excellent at every point. 5 stars.

Marcus was great he was very knowledgeable. A very friendly person had me in and out in 15 min I felt so comfortable my first time renting a car I recommend this place all the way if your in need of a rental👍!!!!

Quick, easy and super friendly. The best car rental experience Ive had. Its a small office behind the car dealership but theyre well staffed and I felt they went the extra mile to make it a good experience.

Needed a last minute rental to fetch family from Newark Airport and Enterprise was a huge help. They had the vehicle ready fast and offered qui k check in service so we could get on the road first thing in the morning. Highly recommend!

Usually get a free rental from Sands Chrysler dealership in Quakertown. Excellent service. Clean cars. Convenient.

As an insurance adjuster, I am appalled of this location. They accuse insureds of damaging vehicles and provide no proof of them doing so. If they do not pay, they get sent to collections.It is because of this Enterprise location that I will be in talks in my corporate office to avoiding to rent Enterprise vehicles in the Lehigh Valley area.An adjuster at our company has the luxury to rent from other corporations and will be moving to Hertz in the area from now on until we discuss the vehicle damage scheme Enterprise is committing.

A very helpful and understanding gentleman named Justin helped me there on Saturday the 8th.

Last week I rent a car go van in this center. amazing price. Only 99$ a day with unlimited mileage and its new car. I check the uhaul and the other place they all twice higher than the enterprise. So what can I say.

I would give a zero stars if I could ! They charged myself and my insurance company for 3 additional days than what I actually had the rental for ! It took several phone calls and calls to my insurance rep before the problem was solved. Then it took longer than what I was told before I was refunded !

The guy here spends more time on the phone than taking care of customers stood here for an hour and a half waiting. Poor service
