Best experience I’ve ever had at a lab. I am terrified of getting blood drawn and The phlebotomist that helped me Josie was the kindest and sweetest and most understanding person in the entire world. She shared how she sometimes is a little squeamish with blood also which was funny because of her job she kept talking to me the entire time and I didn’t even notice I was done. I would highly recommend LabCorp and especially recommend anyone who’s nervous ask for Josie she’s a true godsend.

Must not know how to work their phone

Tonetta is the best!!! She was so fun and had me in and out no problem. Very professional, quick and easy!Josie has me for my visit today and she was just as lovely. Very nice staff here.

Not sure why it take so long to get called back for blood work done you would think their operating people back there with how long they take ! Smh

Extremely positive experience! Lab is located in a great location that also has Saturday hours...very convenient overall.I arrived very early on a Saturday, and checked in via the small kiosk in the waiting room by simply scanning my drivers license and insurance card when prompted.Tests today were for my annual physical (i.e. blood and urine collection). Delightful lab clinicians here. Easy in - Easy Out. THANK YOU!!Im puzzled by the negative comments posted here....

This is the worst place Ever I waited over an hour and a half to get some blood drawn. They attended even the last person who arrived before attending me. They need a better system.

Tonetta provides the best customer service! She was patient, kept me comfortable and had a smile on her face the entire visit!

I had a very pleasant experience in labCorp.This is my first time going here even thou Ironically when they moved in 3 years ago I still continued to go to Saint Lukes North for my blood work.Even though its literally 50 away from my house.That shows how much we Get use to staying in our comfort zone and Ill say its so nice just to walk over a not drive to Saint Lukes North.Then when I saw my PCP this past week it occurred to me that lab Corp is here. I checked on their website and they take my insurance company.I was standing at the window. then nicely the young lady told me that I can check in at the self check in. being a new patient its kind of funny its so big and I missed it entirely.I checked in my ID my insurance card it took it. I even went back to the window and she said did it take it. you have a seat please and be right with you and so nice and pleasant she was.I didnt wait long maybe 5 minutes. When I went back I sat down and the lady that help me when I 1st came in took my paperwork and she was all friendly and helpful. Not rude at all.Then it was time for me to go get my blood work done and the lab technician was pleasant and friendly she asked me sit down. Very polite.I see a lot of complaints well just like anything. I think it has to do with the time of day that people go. Youre strapped for time and you need to get in right away.go online on the web site and you can set up an appointment.Better yet there is a lab Corp app downloaded and you can schedule an appointment that way. I think that is a far best way of doing it if youre in a hurry and need to get it done. You can register through the app and you can get your test results right through the app.Fortunately for me lap techs dont have a trouble drawing blood for me cause I got big veins.The only thing bizarre about my visit was the last time I was in that building it was 711. I miss 711 but this is a very good replacement for it for the reference to getting blood work on have to go anywhere else.Bottom line is I will be going back!

I always need to get labs done figured I would give this place a try rather then drive over to St Lukes.It is true if you dont have appointment you will wait but I know this for next time to schedule no biggie.Lady who stuck me was amazing usually its hard to get my vein she hit it first try didnt feel it no bruising.Place isnt unorganized like people say just under staffed who cares

Lab Corp 2 thumbs up! When I need blood work done, lab Corp is the place to be, thanks for awesome job thanksLadies, I felt comfortable and relax. I recommend west gate in Bethlehem, Lab Corp, Tonetta & Josie keep up theAmazing work. update I keep on having amazing experience here this is my to go spot to get blood drawn, ouchless pain! I recommend this Lab Corp.

Now taking appointments; make sure you get one! Walked in with my pre-paid paperwork not knowing they took appointments. Thus I waited fifty minutes before being seen. Blood draw (2 vials) and urine sample took less than ten minutes. Blood draw was done perfectly-one shot-and Im a tough stick. I noted the appointments were taken in to the minute so I will definitely know better next time. I cant fault the staff for my wait though I wish my paperwork, which had all the LabCorp info on it, had stated they took appointments and provided the link to do same.

Worst place I’ve ever been to. Don’t know if they’re understaffed or it’s just the staff they have but even with an appointment be prepared to sit for a while. Staff isn’t friendly and do not want to be bothered speaking with you or helping you. They shout from behind the glass for you to come back for your bloodwork.

The most incompetent staff Ive ever dealt with. I spent 45 minutes waiting while my bladder was on the verge of bursting. All she could say was that they would try their best to accommodate me since their system went down. Turns out that meant not being at the receptionist window and taking other people who arrived after I did. Save yourself the trouble and drive to the one in Quakertown where you wont have to deal with the Ebonics and horrid staff (who dont even deserve a salary to be quite honest with you.)

I love this lab! the tech Tonetta B, was very friendly and on point. I have had bad experience with big black and blues after blood work. and with her its one stick and no bruising. will recommend the lab to ppl .

I waited quite a while for employment screening but the technician who took care of me was professional and sweet. I thought I lost my Id card but I found it:)

Worst place EVER! One person working there. Get there, no good morning how can I help you.Got. Sign in and have a seat. One person in front of me. Not even open when it was suppose to be at 7Am. Got there 7:30. Lady talked to woman for at least 15 minutes about her cute her baby was. Says walk-Ins welcome. So now its 1 hour that went by. Person walkes in with appointment ( which I understand) she takes of course the appointment. ( only fair) . Finally walked out at 8:45. Went to Mulenberg Hospital. In and out in 10 minutes. Place is very disorganized and very unprofessional.Never going there again. Have a little consideration and some passion for your job or MOVE ON!!!!!Truly 1 Star is overreaching .

First the pros:I love Tonetta and Josie. They are the best ! They have been drawing my blood for years I won’t let anyone else do it ! I have to have blood drawn from a vein in my hand because I have bad veins in my arms They never questioned it , and everywhere else I’ve gone they’ve given me a song and a dance about drawing from my arm. I’m grateful that I found two excellent phlebotomists who are not on a power trip and they truly care about their patients .They do their job quick and painlessly.Now for The Cons:The Labcorp website sucks. I’ve been trying to book an appointment for half an hour and I’ve still gotten nowhere . Every time I put in my location I get the wheel of death .And I only live 2 miles away from the lab. It would probably be faster for me to go to school for phlebotomy and learn to take my own blood before they get this website straightened out.🙄

One star is too much for this place ... if you have nothing to do and are absolutely not in a rush .then come here to this location go any where else driving further out may be worth it ..there is one person working here and she should work someplace else. OMG .

Fastest lab I have ever been to girls were very friendly and I and didnt even feel it when I was stock. I have a fear of needles and for me to not know she even stock me is saying alot

I love this lab! Im usually a hard stick and it takes multiple tries to get get my blood. The lab tech Tonetta always gets me on the first try. No hassles or black and blues. I never wait long and the staff is super friendly. Thanks labcorp!

Getting my blood taken is very stressful for me, Josie is very comforting and fast.It does get busy so i always make sure to schedule an appointment.

Very unprofessional. When i got here nobody was at the front desk had to call their office number while still waiting in their lobby for someone to appear, then the lady sees me and without question says sign in at the kiosk.

The phlebotomist does a fair job. The intake person is friendly but sometimes incompetent and not willing to go the extra step to find a lab corp test code for a test she is unfamiliar with. It took her 40 minutes to enter and find the tests I needed before I could even get the blood drawn. There are always excuses and there is never consistency. Ive had the same test run on a couple of occasions. The one time she said she cant find the code, the next time, no problem... what??I dont want to drive to Easton or QT, but may do so the next time just to compare...

This is the slowest LabCorp facility I have ever visited. The woman at the front desk is beyond incompetent. There were 2 people ahead of me and I waited over 30 minutes to be seen. The woman taking the lab work used improper grammar when speaking and wreaked of cigarette smoke. Very unprofessional staff through and through.

The service is excellent. Josie treated my son with great patience and respect.
