Cut was phenomenal, quickest and most efficient, precision focused hair cut I’ve had! Nicole W was the lady who cut my hair. Perfect job and exactly what I wanted in a matter of 3-4 minutes!! Didn’t waste any time and stayed accurate. 100% would recommend. Nice, clean place and great staff. Moderate wait time but expected and not too long. Overall it was an amazing cut and great service. Not even quiet or awkward!

Been going here for quite some time now (over three years). The stylists generally cut well and are able to cater to your requests. Stylist Ashley M. does not adhere to check-in order and is dismissive which is a hindrance if you have any sense of time orientation. Wish there was a better form of accountability. It’s just unfortunate when those in the SERVICE INDUSTRY have no frame for what SERVICE means.

Girl was the worst, her name was Elizabeth but went by Liz. Did not follow notes, cut my hair facing the window so I couldn’t even see what she was doing, kept telling herself this looks good, don’t know what see was looking at. Stay away from her. I’m getting married in 3 months hope my hair grows back in time. Never going to thus place again, I was a loyal customer for over a year.

Stopped to get my hair cut. Hours state they close at 7pm. I show up 5:40 and door was closed. So I called the store and no body answered. A lady came around the back and started talking as off I could hear her through the glass. I tapped the glass with my finger pointing at the hours. She came to the door saying the computers were down then threatens to call the cops on my for hitting the glass. Will never return to this branch ever.

Really enjoyed the mvp treatment. 24 bucks well spent. Hot towel, shampoo, scalp/temple/shoulder massage and most of all a great cut. The manager girl was amazing and definitely deserves a raise! She was working alone and blowing through VIP treatments without a sweat giving each customer equal attention and care. Definitely will return to see her every sunday evening!

Would probably rate higher but the online check in process is a joke. I understand the first available versus selecting a stylist option.But when you and a individual who selected first avail both show on deck and your stylist is next in queue has to take the first available and then you get stuck waiting an additional 30 minutes. All this while the next available stylist is done one minute later and takes the next first available client who signed in after you. The process needs to be adjusted and use a bit of intelligence throughout the process. The whole purpose of the online check in is to avoid frustrating people with long wait times. To see you wait time countdown from 20 minutes to on deck and then back to 28 minutes is definitely frustrating.

I used to get my haircut other places, but now I will never go to those other places again. Nowhere else even comes close to the people who work here and the services they provide, add that to an awesome atmosphere and easy checking in via the Sport Clips app, and do you have a place that is much better than any of the competition.

Looked online to see what time they were open till, says 8:00. Get there at 7:00 with 2 of my kids, main sign is off but open sign is on. Lights and tv on, but doors are locked. Called the store and no one answered. Waited for 5 minutes thinking maybe they were In the bathroom, but no one showed up.....

I have never been one to go pay for haircuts but now that Ive found this place, Ill be getting trimmed much more often. Meg showed professionalism and pride in her job and that will keep me coming back. Plus, my beard gets treatment that I dont know how to do myself and thats huge.

If i could give this place 0 stars I would. My stepson went in for a haircut and came back looking worse than he went in. The people that work there need to learn how to use clippers cuz the lady clearly did not know what she was doing. very inexperienced!

Did an excellent job on both my boys hair cuts. Its hard to find a good barber, wish they would put one in the Palmer Towne Center near Marshalls in Easton. Worth the trip though.

Not one to complain but pretty annoying when I go to work after getting a simple buzz cut here that everyone is asking what happened to my neck (its all cut up) and who cut my hair. If it wasnt for that the haircut is fine though.

Sadly Ive had to downgrade my 4 star ratting to a 1 star. Employees can have bad days, but to have problems where I have to shave my head is because of it is unacceptable. There have been 2 occasions where my haircut was done incorrectly. The notes and instructions Ive given have not been inputed in their entirety or have been changed. I blame the high turn over of employees for this, which makes it a management issue.The alleged regional manager did call me and offered me 6 free haircuts which is a nice attempt to keep me coming back. Unfortunately this does not help the situation in any way when the employee turnover is so high. Get the staffing problem fixed so those 6 haircuts are 6 well done haircuts.Sports clips is a sports inspired (obviously), Veteran friendly shop. Ive used them in different areas of the US since 2010, always great service regardless of the location.

Came in for a clean up and trim and was not happy with the cut afterwards but called the next day and voiced my concerns to the manager (Amanda) which she took care of without question. Although my first experience didnt allow me to give a full 5 stars at this point, the professionalism expressed by Amanda to correct the problem added 3 stars to what couldve been a horrible experience.

My brother took my son to get a hair cut and he came back with an uneven hair line. People who work there should really go back to barber school and work on their craft. Traditional barber shops will always make sure the job is done right.

Sat there for 1 hour with it saying I’m up next the whole time.... when I arrived the system said 24 minutes. I left after an hour with no sign I’d actually be up anytime soon.... god knows how long I would have sat “on deck” if I had stayed. With the technology being implemented at Sport Clips, there is absolutely no excuse for this type of thing to happen.

Im sorry but no. Not only did the hairstylist or whatever not know who Tim Tebow or Messi is and that hairstyle but just completely missed the mark with my haircut. If you call yourself sports clips then have people with knowledge of the fads in sports or related hair styles. Im sorry but no.

If you care about your family or yourself go else where ! We arrived at 2:30 with a promise of a 2:40 sign in time . We get told they messed up so we would have to wait another 45 min . The hair cut was uneven and she burned/cut ? My boyfriends neck . Horrible !
