Chris Shelbo always does an AWESOME job when our vehicles require repairs.I hit a patch of Black ice when coming onto Airport Road by way of Race Street. My vehicle didnt stop & rammed into the Ladys car that was stopped in front of me checking traffic for entry.Youd never know anything happened to my vehicle. Looked perfect. The exterior was washed & my dash was nice & shiny!!! There had been dust all over the dash from Kleenex... lolGot the call to pick up the finished vehicle sooner than expected.Id recommend Saucon Collision in a heartbeat.

At the recommendation of a family member, I used Saucon Collision for body work on my relatively new vehicle. From the first call, to the day I picked it up, things couldnt have gone smoother. Top rate customer service, and excellent repair. Great experience.

Saucon Collision was very nice and helpful with my fathers car. Lisa displayed professionalism and answered all of my questions for my fathers car. Lisa even directed us to S and P Auto Shop for a duplicate title for my fathers car. I appreciated all the help and support from her. Thanks again!

This place is run by scammers who pull insurance and credit card fraud. They are closed on the weekends, yet try to bill you for it. This is a direct violation of Pennsylvania law bill 2012 act 110 section 3 subsection G.When informed of this the response of the owner was Why do you care if your insurance will pay for it. So because they bill insurance for something against the law, it is insurance fraud and because they accept Credit Cards as payment, credit card fraudThey also go through your car, which is also not allowed. If youve beem charged weekend impound fees by them, call your insurance and credit card and inform them they have committed fraud by charging you when they are not open to allow access to your vehicle, once again violating PA Bill 2012-110 Section 3 subsection G

Car was towed to this location. Rear tires were damaged with obvious drag marks. Owner denied any responsibility. His excuse was ludicrous, as my family and I have worked on cars for years and knew it made no sense. Had the car inspected shortly after and another mechanic confirmed the damages.

Exceptional customer service and workmanship! Saucon Collision has fixed our car four times and each time we were thrilled with the expert craftsmanship and friendly service and fair prices. I recommend Saucon Collision to all of my friends and neighbors. It is rare to find such a trustworthy, caring company such as this. They add a personal touch and are very accommodating. Chris, the owner, even picked me up at home when I needed a ride to get my car. I cant say enough good things about this business.

When my car was towed we arrived at Saucon and both front tires were flattened, a broken control arm, bent rim, and exhaust damage. The driver was unaware of the internals damage because the car was just tuned the same day at a reputable mechanic.Soon after leaving Saucons lot the driver side wheel violently snapped off sending the vehicle into oncoming traffic. Thank god no one was hurt because of the actions of the flatbed driver. He obviously knew about the damage and either did not care or did it with intent knowing that he would not be held accountable for his actions.

You have to know them. They are quite people who do the RIGHT JOB the FIRST TIME. They arent very open and chatty folks, but Chris is very talented and takes pride in his jobs. The key is NOT to NAG them. Communicate clearly with Lisa who runs the office and just wait for them to finish. Dont expect A1 work in a rushed hot mess.

I am only giving one star because I have to to post a review. Our car was towed here after an accident without consent. The owner did not return phone calls and when we finally had time off of work to go when they were open, we had racked up $565 in storage fees, which surprise! is exactly what the owner was willing to pay for the vehicle. Hes a crook. Taking advantage of desperate people. Go anywhere else.

Scam artist......must have a lot of debt to pay off. PLEASE save yourself and dont come here. If he sees any chance of making money he will create a fake number and not show you how its broken down. I hope he has an LLC.

The only reason I am giving this place 1 star is because you cannot rate them with zero stars, which is exactly what they deserve. I contracted their towing service to deliver my vehicle at a local mechanics shop last week. The driver showed up in a timely manner, loaded my truck onto the flatbed, accepted a cash payment & did not issue a receipt. I received a phone call from the mechanic a little while later in the day telling me my vehicle had been placed in a different parking lot near the shop but not on the shops property with the keys still in the ignition, & I was at risk of having it impounded if it was not moved. The mechanic told me they had attempted to contact saucon collision to have this error corrected because they do not own a tow truck & the vehicle wouldnt start or drive on its own. Saucon collision did not respond to the mechanic & blatantly ignored the issue. The mechanic had to move the truck by hand, pushing it into their parking lot so that it would not be impounded for being parked illegally. I contacted saucon collision about this issue myself & they promised to refund the towing fees over the phone, but when I showed up to claim my refund this crooked snake in the grass told me he would not refund my money because he didnt want to work for free. After a good bit of debate he offered to tow my vehicle back to my residence & then issue me a refund. This of course makes no sense whatsoever & is the most asinine idea ever presented by a supposed business owner. Twice the work for nothing as apposed to just issuing a refund right then & there to make up for an absolute disservice. All of this over some kind of vendetta against the mechanic for supposedly over charging the owner of saucon collision for repair work. I am appalled at the service given by these crooks! DO NOT USE THIS TOW SERVICE!!! THIS STUBBORN MULE OF AN IDIOT WILL SCREW YOU OVER!!!!!!!!
